When I first received it the start screen was messing up (the "start here" word was all over screen no matter how many restarts) and the Sim card/sd card slot would not eject. I brought it to Best Buy and they were happy to exchange or refund the device, which I just exchanged. I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase now. Thank you Best Buy!
