Like a fine wine, Asylum aged to perfection, almost. I give this album 5 stars but to be fair I am diehard "Disturbed" and truly this is a 4 star, strong album. I truly do enjoy this album more now, then when it first dropped. I won't bore you with the details of the album, someone else can. If your new to Disturbed, I recommend hitting their earlier albums eventually, actually first but this is not a bad place to start. I consider David Draiman to be one of the greatest vocalist, ever. If you don't like his vocals and style of singing here, do yourself a favor and buy no other albums, I doubt they will change your mind.......kidding, shame on you for not liking those pipes. These guys are freaking great, buy them all!!! It is now 2015 and their hiatus is over.........August 21 they drop "Immortalized" album...Buy at Best Buy.

Asylum is like Disturbed times 10, and I say that with absolute love. It's that great, I don't get why it didn't get more love from fans. You've got equal parts visceral and beautifully melodic sounding music spread across 12 tracks (13 if you count the unlisted track), everything about it just screams excellent.

I so much prefer to purchase my music in hard copy form as in a CD so i have the power to convert it to which ever listening format i choose.

Bought the CD for the Tracks Another way to Die and The Animal, and found two more tracks were also very good, Asylum obviously and Serpentine.

My son had been looking for this cd for a long time. I was finally able to order it via online and he has been very happy with it this far!

Great album, buying this album got me to owning all of Disturbeds stupid albums! Thanks!

Disturbed's Asylum encompasses everything from their previous album. Though it does little else, there are some great songs on this albums such as Another Way to Die, and its title track. But it fails to deliver any new sound to the band apart from some occasional guitar work during Another Way to Die. I would recommend the album if you are a fan of Disturbed and want more of the same. However if you are looking for something new. You are unfortunately not going to find it.

Good compact disc. Any Disturbed fan will enjoy this disc.

Love anything Disturbed...this is one of my favorite albums

One of Disturbed's best albums. Highly recommend for anyone who likes Disturbed or Heavy Metal music.

Not quite as great as Indestructible or Believe, but as good as Ten Thousand Fists.

Purchased for my son and he's thrilled with this disc.

This album is a heavier one, but tons of great tunes. Asylum is my favorite, but Warrior, Infection, and the Animal stand out as well. Put this on a playlist when you want to feel powerful!

Excellent CD. Check out songs like Asylum and the Infection. Great to hear some roots going back to their 1st album. Sounds like they are just starting out again. A new band and hungry. Great job guys.

This is one of my favorite albums from them. If you like metal and hard rock, you might enjoy this. They aren't for everyone.
