This product was everything I wanted. The call screening is fantastic. No more SPAM and Telemarketers annoying calls. Being able to filter calls along with clear reception is a plus.

The phone works well. It was easy to get in operation and AT&T helped me set up the message mailbox. Good product for the price.

If your tired of spam and other unwanted calls, this phone takes care of it. If the number calling in is not listed in your directory, the call is not directly put through. Before the number rings in, the caller is asked for a name, if no name is given the call is cancelled. You never hear it ring. The only time an incoming call is heard, is if it is listed in the directory or if the caller not listed in the directory gives their name then the call is sent to audio (speaker) so you can screen the call. If you want to answer it you can, otherwise it goes to voice mail. Our home phone used to ring constantly, up until 9 P.M. . No more.

Scenario: You have cut your landlines but keep missing calls at home and have to play "telephone tag" since you don't carry your cell phone around in your house/apartment wherever you are or cannot hear your cell phone's ring.
This Bluetooth compatible handset (comes in 2 or 3 handsets packages) will ring and alert you of that call. If you still have an analog or DSL land line than the base station allows you to connect to that. You can pair a Bluetooth headset to the system according to the instructions.
The only drawback is that only TWO separate cell phones can be paired at a time to the base station.
Setup is quick but read the instructions.
Pairing the cell phones is easy (select phone 1 or 2 and it will detect that phone, Transfer of your phone number list is also easy).
Text messaging is NOT detected only voice phone calls.
You can also use the handsets in lieu of using your cell phone, so if your cell phone is in another room or floor, you do not have to run but pick up the handset instead. Can use handset to make outside calls too (cell phone of course must be powered up and in "range" of handset.
Can set up to 6 rings before the automatic answering kicks in. Handsets need at least initially 12 hours to fully charge then can last a few days without recharge or kept plugged in.
Could not find anything compatible at the competition and what was available was more "expensive". Did not want to buy something online then have to go through the "hassle" of returning it but picked it up from the brick and mortar location to "look it over".
Initially bought the 2 handset pack then found the 3 handset in stock and decided to cover 3 rooms for around $19+ more. You can add more handsets if needed but only TWO cell phones can be linked at a time (must replace one cell phone number with another)
Like any review, what is "excellent", "good", "fair" etc. to me may not be the same to you or your circumstances. For me this worked so I did not miss important phone calls.
It does verbally warn of "Unknown Caller" if that number is not on transferred phone numbers from your paired call phone(s)

Bought this to replace an old phone set that needed replaced. It is ok but too many features for me to figure out. I just use it for phone calls, messages and to block calls. So for this it works well

I bought these for my mother but returned it. The sound quality was mediocre at best. Not close to the sound in more quality phones like the one I eventually purchased. I was also disappointed that there was not a battery in the base unit. It appeared that if power was lost, I would have to start over. The instructions claim that the batteries in the hand units would save that information, but I didn’t test to see if it would transmit to other handsets. I tried to set up the base as a Bluetooth unit to upload a contact list. The instructions didn’t work for me. I decided to pay more for a better unit

Great product for the $$. Updated version of what we had.

Bought this to replace a unit my cat broke. Honestly, I liked my old one better. It had hard, highly-responsive keys, belt clips on the handsets and an intercom key. This one has stiffer, rubbery keys you have to bear down on more when dialing, no belt clips and you have to cycle through a few options in the menu to use the intercom. Also, my corded phone in the kitchen will ring first, then this system picks it up, so there is a one-ring delay, which is odd. Still, we have adapted to the differences fine and it has proven to be a good, cost-effective replacement wireless system, so we’re happy with it. I have not tried the Blie Tooth connection to my iPhone, as it’s just kind of redundant when I have a handset on each floor. Maybe if I one day decide to finally cut the copper I’ll try it….

A good setup -- phone works well. Seems to have decent range. The manual could use a rewrite for technical unsavy folks. Way too much is assumed through the vague and often incomplete language/writing/explanation/functions of the unit. Thus, we're limited in our understanding/use of the unit.

This phone system is doing its job. But it isn't as easy to work with as the system I had for years...until it stopped working well.
Like most people, we use our cell phones much more than this Handset Connect device. However, our careers and family makes having a "house phone" too.
We have had to keep the instruction manual right beside the phone. I think that the more I use it...the better I'll be working with it. So, I'm glad we bought it. It was easy to set up, I had a person from my home phone company (Xfinity) come out to make sure it was wired correctly and the handsets in other rooms were also working well.
The phone 4 handset looks nice...works fine...and does what we wanted and needed. It is priced nicely. I'd buy it again.

I purchased these when I changed my internet and needed ATT compatible phones. They work as advertised but were a bit complicated to set up

I needed this type of phone for an older home. It works extremely well. Extremely pleased in that even base unit isn't overly large and neither is the three satellite units. It's exactly what I needed to cover two stories of large home.

So far, so good. This is an identical phone system of the original purchase, many, many years ago. This was a gift to mom, because the previous one died out.
