I purchased one and had to return it because it would not hold the time. The second item also will not hold the time. I do not know what is what but I will return it for a third. AT&T is not going to put out an item that just does not work so I will not give up. Good thing store is very close by. Otherwise it is a great phone.

I work from home part time and needed a corded phone. I chose this one because of the additional features. It works well enough, however I always seem to have a humming noise with the Plantronics headset plugged into it. I've used the Plantronics with other phones, so I believe it must be a compatibility issue with the AT&T phone. Overall I'm not completely dissatisfied with the phone, but the humming does get a little annoying.

The telephone works well and the cordless phone has excellent reception.

Overall pleased with the phone- it works as designed- easy to "install"- box contained everything as advertised. The buttons on the dialpad are too big- the previous model (I used for almost 20 years) had smaller ones, and I prefer that- but no other models had much smaller buttons.

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE SET FOR MY APARTMENT AND IT'S BEEN GREAT SO FAR.

The phone worked about 2 months, then the corded base receiver sounds like it has an open line and I cannot make or receive calls with it. The speaker still works but rest of phone is useless. There is no dial tone when you pick it up and all you hear is a loud hum/buzz. We've tried unplugging everything, and starting from scratch, and nothing works. Also, the announcer is not clear either, mis-pronounces everything, even the simplest names, and hard to understand. Do not buy this product!!!
