This AT&T phone set replaced an older set from the same company that I had for many years. I like some of the newer features such as “caller id announce”. And you can scroll through the phones menu for features such as missed call. It also has an answering system to record messages when I am not able to answer the phone Indeed, the hand held phones seem to be of good quality and the voice sound of the phone is good . Overall I am happy with my AT&T phone set.

Need an phone/answering machine with two handsets that didn't break rhe bank. Easy to set up and use, good sound quality.

Very easy to assemble. Easy to setup. Also, I like how incoming calls can be announced while ringing. BUT, the voice seems muffled when it says the caller. Haven't used the answering machine feature. I like to have calls directed to voicemail. Large keypads, helpful for some people with vision issues. Lightweight. Keeping it plugged so I don't know how long the handset can last outside the base when in use. Voice calls are coming in clear. Design of the whole system is sleek. Can also function as intercom. Overall, a very worthy replacement to some decades-old phone system we have. Glad we changed it to this.

It was a very good buy for me. The price is very reasonable and it does whatever you want from a landline phone. It is very easy to assemble and install. The answering system save me lots of time by not running to the phone when it rings.

Phones work great and I got them at a decent price

I bought this phone system for my girlfriend on 2/7/2021. Our busy schedules kept us from setting it up until three weeks later on 2/28. After connecting it and verifying that everything works, I removed the protective film from the machine and found an unsightly scratch on the face of the control panel. I checked my account and found that Best Buy only allows returns for two weeks after purchase. We are stuck with a defective product that should have never left the factory. Two weeks is too narrow a window of time for return or exchange of a defective item, and AT&T failed miserably for allowing this system to pass the inspection process, assuming they even have one.

Setup was quick and easy, the sound quality is clear, and the answering machine works exactly as expected. The buttons are nice and big, the screen is easy to read, and it just feels reliable overall. Nothing fancy, but it does what it’s supposed to do without any hassle. Great value for a solid home phone.

I purchased the item for my mom. It was just what she needed for a home line. The big buttons and answering machine was perfect for her needs.

I purchased this phone for my 85 year old mother. She likes the large numbers and the caller ID announment. The range is great allowing her to use the phone on her front porch. She benefits from the amplified volume of the audio assist feature when she remembers to press the button.

Clear large text easy to read as are most of the buttons to operate. Programmed to audibly confirm the number dialed. Not cluttered. Announces who is calling if the information is available. I think the design is particularly good for someone who is aging.

We are generally happy with this new phone. I don't think the sound quality is quite as good as the old Panasonic phones it replaced. We like the large screen and large buttons. The answering machine portion has a large readout and is user friendly. One thing I don't like is that the phone can't stand on its own while I am talking on speakerphone. And if it is laying down, the person I am talking to can't hear very well. So I have to prop it up against something. Our old Panasonic phones stood up on their own while on speakerphone and never had an issue like that.

Wow! Super priced and works awesome. Love that it announces who is calling. Great if you are an older person. Just plugged it in and it was ready to go. Love the built in answer machine which is also easy to use and understand.

Needed a new phone/answering machine for a small business after existing system started failing. This had good reviews and a good price plus everything needed - especially caller id and an answering machine. Phone is clear, very easy to use, and compact. Would definitely recommend for simple system at home or for a small business.

I am happy with this phone system. The easy to read caller info, the large buttons, the volume choices are perfect for those of us who are getting on in years. It was easy to set up, I like the expandable feature. But I really like the fact that once a directory is entered in one handset, it is in all handsets.

My mother is 93 and likes the phone very much. It has large buttons and simple to operate. The volume is good too as she is hard of hearing.

This phone system is great. It has a good volume. Buttons for Answer On , Delete, Skip are visible and work great. When someone calls, the system says aloud the name of what is shown in caller ID. I am very happy and I am Sure it will last me a very very long time. It is solidly built.

These phones have been used for a very long time with no issues. The voice caller I.D. is extremely helpful for older people with limited hearing or sight. I would by these again.
