The dial buttons stick and I get a buzzing sound on one line. Had the phone company out many times and they finally proved that it was the phone!

This product was mediocre at best. Had to redial numbers and the receiver died without dropping it or damage.

This phone is a waste of money or any AT&T phones for that matter. I used to have the 992 model and it worked great for 3 years until the buttons started sticking, long pause when dialing. It's usually the numbers 7,8,9 would get hang up. Bought the 993 model brand new and it's doing the same thing. This one will go down the recycling bin. Thumbs down to AT&T!!

Line 1 rang when there was an incoming call but when you answered the phone, it switched over to line 2 so you could NOT answer calls on line 1. Could not make outgoing calls on line 1. Line 2 worked fine.

Don't buy this one, the key pad is bad news, at least once a day, while dialing out, the number nine will stick down- only way to remedy is unplug the power.
