    Store associate said phone was compatible with ATT system I was buying, however it is not. It does not fit in other base to register with system. Used partial reward points...now on me I was in store yesterday but forgot to try and return- hate dealing with the hassle.

    This phone was mistakenly recommended to me by a Best Buy employee, but it is an accessory option for a larger unit that includes the phone base. This unit DOES NOT include the base!

    Bought it to add to my existing AT&T system but wasn't compatible. Nothing wrong with the handset, but beware of compatibility issues

    These handsets are not compatible with the AT&T (base+4 handsets) unit CLP99587, as the website states. I cannot sync up the addtl headsets with the base because the CL80107 phones do not fit into the base unit, a necessary step to register them with the base. I am returning all 4 addtl handsets. I have no opinion on the phones themselves since I never got to use them, so rated them a neutral 3. Wish the website was accurate so that I didn't have the hassle of packing these up and placing another order for the correct ones.
