    We got a new ATT Phone system from our Children for Christmas and we purchased two additional hand set to complete our whole -house phone system. They sync easy to our system, and make it so we don't have to run to another part of the house to answer a call..

    I dropped the original handset in the sink in water. I thought it was " fried", and needed to replace it. New handset was easy to set up. Old handset came back to life in less than a week. Now I have coverage throughout the 5 room office.

    Being able to add more portable phones to the main system is great! This way I can have phones in several places in the house making it possible to answer the phone quickly. I do not miss any calls when I am home.

    We had some problems with the base unit, so replaced it and added other remote phones so we could have them all over the house and accessible in all the bedrooms as well for our guests to use as needed.

    Purchased the main phone 6 yrs ago and needed a additional one for my daughter's room for the push to talk feature. Was afraid it would be discontinued but Best Buy had it. So easy to set up.

    This phone is an additional handset to an existing base station phone. It has plenty of features most I don;t use. The caller ID feature and the voice announcement of calls are my favorite. I only gave it 4 stars as the sound quality is not fantastic - just acceptable.
