Still trying to get it to work

The instructions said all we had to do was plug it in and it would set itself up. The extension still says it has to be registered. We need to try to understand the manual to set it up.

Poor Customer Service

Our landscaping company is very busy this time of year so I didn't have a chance to call for 1 month. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't use. Will NOT recommend Best Buy to anyone.
