Not compatible w/ AT&T TL86103!

You don't carry the correct one; the TL86003. Had to return & buy correct model elsewhere.

Four help desk people later - sales, geek squad, product specialist and then geek squad again - advised that it probably wasn't compatible and should return it. Call quality on the help desk also wasn't great.

Incompatible handset

It does not function as a handset when paired with AT&T's console system. Sales and Marketing literature highly misleading. Local AT&T store does not sell or support AT&T phone hardware. I plan to return this handset.
