I have no complaints, the phones work fine and seem to hold a charge better than my previous set. I took a point off because the buttons are sometimes weird where you hit the caller ID or voice message button and they do something else, like bring up the ring tone menu. Otherwise, good phone.

When I went to the store, I wasn't sure what was available. I picked up the box and thought that this is what we wanted to replace the cumbersome phone and answering system we had. Man, has it proved its amazing value and worth! Where have you been all my life? The phone's features are more than we had expected and are easy to use.

bought this phone for my mom, who cannot see very well. The large screen on the base and the contrast of the display makes it very easy for her to see the caller id. most phones have the orange or green with black, which is do not have enough contrast. the spoken caller id is also a good addition. she is very happy with the phones.

I really like that it announces aloud who is calling.

This system works fine. Nice that the set includes the base, along with three additional phones, more than enough to have them conveniently located throughout the house. Sometimes we need to hit the delete button a few times as it is small. That's no big issue.

My elderly uncle needed a new phone that would be helpful for his incoming usage. This phone has nice size screen for eyes that are not the way they used to be and it announces who's calling. It really helps him out and he, nor I, could be happier with this product!

This system replaced a previously-owned one that was several years old, so it took a few minutes to get used to the differences. Using the instruction booklet, along with the "on-base" instructions was key in setting it up. I felt it was over-priced.

After looking at numerous phones, we purchased this for my dad who has macular degeneration. It seems to be a good phone and the range on the handsets is exceptional. The lighted dial helps as do the larger numbers. This phone seems to be a good choice.

This is my favorite phone. The voice quality is clear. The audible caller ID announcement means I don't have to go to the phone to see the caller ID screen in order to know who's calling. Even provides entertainment with some of the caller ID pronunciations.

This cordless phone system has a long recording time, great if you are expecting a lot of messages or going to be away for an extended time. Large number pads, easy to use in dim light or for older eyes. Straight forward set up instructions.

Bought this for my in laws so they could hear who was calling instead of getting up from their seat to see the caller ID. They answer the phone all the time now. Programming numbers to phonebook was easy.

Needed to replace a phone for my mother. This is great. It is easy for her to use and the caller ID is large text.

I used this system for one of my small businesses. It was simple to set up and simple to learn. I have had larger, more complicated systems in the past and this one is just perfect for my 2 lines, 4 employees, small retail shop.

This product has worked as it should from day one, out of the box. The phone has many functions and most if not all the functions can be accessed with the hand set. I am pleased with the operation of the phone to date.

This is a quality cordless phone and answering system. Works very well. Easy to program. Has speaker phone and speed dialing. Also has intercom. I would recommend this phone.
