Additional handsets are great. We use them in every room

Easy to setup. Callers are bit "tinny" sounding. Can be difficult to answer incoming Bluetooth calls -- does not always pick up the call. Very narrow base allows the phone to tip over easily.

We love this phone. We can connect our cell phones to it.

The phone needs many steps to accomplish retrieving messages and deleting messages. Also the directions could have been clearer for the set up.

Directions not clear. Impossible to set up and by-pass answering service if you have AT&T answering service with carrier.

They are ok I would buy again because price is great but they are very skinny and don’t stand on there own

almost as dependable as the ATT service. Bad sound and lots of static. There are better choices out there.

This phone is ok, if you use speaker phone a lot it's not the best, cuts out while on speaker.

I thought these would be comparable to the Panasonic DECT phones. They are not. the only reason i bouth them was because they could connect more than 5 phones. Other than that, they don't have great quality, they don't allow you to name the phone (so you never know which phone is for which room), they don't allow for basic intercom interaction.

I am very disappointed in this phone system. I bought it for the features but the bottom line is the quality of the sound is just NOT there. Let's face it- people buy these phones because the quality of the audio is supposed to be better than your cellular phone right? Not in this case. So Sad.

Probably A-G-E ( mine) has something to do with issues I'm having.

There is nothing positive I can say about this product. Link to Cell - Doesn't work. Phone will ring, but when I answer my cellphone on the AT&T phone, no one is there and it answers on my cellphone.

The AT& T phone we bought is very difficult to figure out - even after reading the directions many times. It has 5 "wireless"phones. Our old phone, which was a Panasonic, was very easy to understand. Not happy with AT&T phone. Would never buy it again.

Tried two sets of these phones and ended up bringing them both back to buy a Panasonic set. The first set had one of the handsets with a display that was installed backwards so it was returned. The second set lasted about a week before the audio on all of the sets went out. People could hear you talking but you could not hear them on any of the handsets or even the speaker phones. After these were returned, I decided to try Panasonic.

Very disappointed with the AT&T unit because INCOMING CELL CALLS were unable to be answered on current iPhone iOS 10.2 system. OUTGOING calls, SIRI access, and home wired line were excellent but AT&T tech support confirmed this unit is NOT capable to answering calls on IOS 10.x phones. Cannot confirm other systems. Old v-tec system has been fine for 5 yrs (back to Blackberry, 4S, 5, 6S, phones) so that is not the problem. Very disappointed in AT&T. Best Buy support was helpful in exchanges and understanding.
