My cellphone paired quick with no problems. I can now hear and take calls from my cellphone on any of these handsets. The Bluetooth seems to stay connected even when my cellphone is not next to base. I am actually considering ditching my landline. You can set different ringers to distinguish home phone and each cellphone that is paired. I love these phones.

You can turn on features and then they turn themselves off. The bluetooth connection to mobile phone is poor. Connection to Bluetooth is unhandy and the delay in picking up a base call is far too long.

Best Buy was great in exchanging it, but the new one also has a lot of static. It is always the handset in the basement, so there must be some kind of interference down there.

I have not used very many of the many additional features of this phone system and they are will beyond our previous system. So, I this system good marks now and think I will give it higher marks when I am able to to use the best features.

One of the few phones that has ever allowed my 86 year old mother to adjust volume enough to easily hear the ringer and to carry on conversation. Lots of bells and whistles, but still easy enough for 86 yr old to run the basics. Mom also likes the spoken caller ID and large written ID on the phone.
