Failed one month after warranty period.

Except for unit failing one month after the one year warranty was up, the hard to press keys, and not being able to see the numbers on the unlighted keys, in poor light, it has been a great phone. Now, when I press redial, and pick up the receiver, Line 1 dials the number so fast, like a burst transmission, that the telephone company doesn't recognize the speed and asked me to redial. Line 2 is okay, but Line 1 is my primary line.

Prevents other phones in the house from working

The old ATT cordless I had has a bad connection and the volume is bad. I thought that I found a solution with this phone, but I did not. When I plug this phone in, none of the other phones in the house work. Also the buttons look big and easy to push, but they are difficult to connect correctly. You have to push just in the center and push hard. I will be returning it. I really cannot comment on range or durability, although the ratings make you pick a rating.

I Had High Hopes

Bad: The display screen is very poorly designed and annoying -- this is the number one reason I returned the phone. In addition, the menu system is feature poor -- it has the limited settings and controls of a much cheaper phone.
