Would not work with my phone system. Should be more specific on what systems it would work with.......e.g.....ATT systems.
Or should explain you need the lift option for $50 more

Actually this headset is much better than my previous plantronics, for overall quality and ease of use. Much cheaper price as well.

This item isn't cheap, but if you really need a handsfree headset for your home or office, this one is excellent. Now I can talk on the phone and still get stuff done with my hands without getting neck strain. Definitely worth the price, as cheaper ones just don't work well. And I like not having to carry the phone around clipped to a belt like some other headsets require.

I love the wireless headset as I am on the phone about 6 hours a day. The one downfall is that about 3 days after I had the product , the over the head accessory broke, I called ATT and they would not replace it. Also it sounds like you are in a tunnel sometimes. Overall the headset is a good product and I recommed it for someone who is on the phone a lot and doesn't like cords.

I could not get this to find the phone system without wiring it into the phone line. I was told it would find the phone line without being hard wired. It does come with a splitter that you can use, but you have to put it by a phone jack some place in the house. Other than that it works great and everyone in the house like the lightweight feel and excellent sound quality. It is great if you want both hands free while on the phone.

The headset is great. My wife wanted one for Christmas to free her up while doing house work and she loves it. The range is better than any cordless phone we have ever owned and the sound quality is excellent.

Will Not Pair With My (New!) AT&T Cordless Phone

I did a great deal of research prior to purchasing this headset, and chose it because it was indicated, specifically, as a headset that was compatible with my AT&T Dect phone. I am very good with electronic gadgets and appliances. I dilligently followed the instructions for un-registering, registering and "pairing" with the phone. In fact, dilligently followed these instructions about 10 times. Re-booted the headset each time. No matter what I did, this headset will NOT pair with my phone. So, although it MAY be good for those who are able to get it working, please be aware: this headset may be completely incompatible with your phone. It's also possible I got a "lemon" - but that kind of thing happens so infrequently, I suspect the headset is just not compatible with my phone. VERY frustrating.
