The buttons are big and easy to press and the ringer is loud enough to hear. It was easy to program phone numbers.

Good phone for my elderly mother

The sound quality of the other sets was terrible. This phone is perfect for her needs. Large, backlit buttons make this easy to use. Programming phone numbers into it was very easy.

Very easy to set up and easy to use. Great value for the price, was $10.00 less (when I purchased) than most competitors as well as AT&T's website. Very clear reception. Like slim line of handset, much easier to hold on shoulder than previous system had.

Clear voice and volumn

The only thing I didn't like , in programing the frequent numbers, they don't have an order, so you have to go thru the list to find the number. I can dial it before I can call from the number in the list.

The handsets are light and easy to use. The only complaint I have is the sound quality, otherwise, I would give it a 5-star.
