Purchased this phone to replace one that no longer worked. Wasn't sure at first about this or any cordless as the units are now so different. Pleasantly surprised at how well it works and it's easy to use. This phone came with two handsets - the main unit and a second which really was interesting - no need for a phone jack. - just plug it on and you're ready to go.

Light weight good sound quality. Easy to read buttons. Would recommend good quality for a good price.

Bought these to replace an aging set. Very happy with the ease of use, especially the answering machine. Seems to have a good range, going outside of the house as well. Was impressed enough with these that I just had my elderly mother buy a set for her new apartment & even she's been able to use the phone and the answering machine without problems.

I bought this phone and had to return it back to the store to exchange it. One of the phones would not charge. After the exchange, I was highly satisfied with my purchase. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to return the first one. The ease of checking messages from the phone is perfect. On my old phone, I had to put in my code to listen to messages. That was a headache.

My parents was tired going back and forth from their bedroom to living room to pick up the phone. They are not young anymore and sometimes they don't want to answer the calls,actually they don't answer when I call. So I deciided to send them AT&T wireless phone to help them and easy for them to pick up the phone .that phone is excellent my parents love and also there's answering machine seems like they do have a secretary. And the price is really affordable. My brother wants me to send him one also.

Unit is very easy to set up. Answering machine has good sound quality and good capacity.

I really enjoy these phones, clear reception and is still clear 150 feet from base when I am in the yard.

I was going to get rid of my landline all together. The previous cordless phone I had in the apartment was useless. Calls went dead,sounded tinny , they were a joke. I said I would give it one last try before ditching the landline. I am glad I did. This new style works well. I can actually give out my home # now.

This phone is easy to see and it talks and says who is calling. Right up the alley for a senior citizen like myself. I had bought one that I could not see and you were very gracious to take it back and sell me this one. Your sales people are very friendly and knowledgable.

Easy set up. The buttons are a great size & the screen is large enough to read without my glasses.

After many complaints from my family and friends that my mobile phone was impossible for them to talk with me, I gave in and added a reliable house phone, What a great decision! The sales rep at Best Buy was extremely knowledgable and helped me in the selection process for this purchase. I now have an excellent house phone and at a very reasonable price. Friends are happy, family is happy and of course I am very happy.
