Awesome hot spot of all time and It's touch screen and easy to use. The price was great and worked out fabulously within my budget compared to other portable hot spots that I have known a few friends to have. The color and lighted background makes it easy to see even in the dark.

Great product, while travelling in the US you are no longer at the mercy of expensive hotel internet rates or unsecure airport networks. Very easy to use and set up including security

I didn't understand why it woudn't charge- finally I got it to a full charge. Had to make sure to disconnect it when it finally got fully charged. And then the battery didn't last very long. But, it is a good device, glad I got the Geek Squad protection, in case anything happens to it while I'm stuck in the two-year contract. I'd say I give it a thumbs up- but only because it works- it's not like sooooo special-just sayin'...

My family bought the MiFi Liberate 4G Hotspot by AT&T, so we could all use our WiFi devices while traveling together in our vehicle or otherwise. So far, the most we have tried at one time is three devices at once, and all of them were working great. Once, we used three Kindles; another time we used two Kindles and an I-Pod. The Mobile Hot Spot is extremely easy to use. Just turn it on, link your devices to it, and that is it. I feel the monthly charge is a little high, but I do not believe any other companies are providing a similar service for less.

I love this device! Have wanted one for a long time but didn't want to pay the price offered through my wireless provider. Received a deal from Best Buy that I couldn't turn down, and haven't regretted it. It's been a lifesaver already when we had power outages and had no tv or internet connection in the house due to weather. We connected our phones and ipad to the mobile hotspot and were able to watch the local tv weather coverage so we were aware of what was going on. Excellent for use at hotels and on the road because its a secure connection.

Poor battery life but easy to setup and use. Not sure if it is long standing

I moved to an area that wasn't covered by clear spot. I had gotten use to the unlimited 4g access for the same cost as mifi does for 5 g.reception is excellent in the ca,pig round that I am staying at.

I bought this as a bundle deal when purchasing a 32GB iPhone 5S & an iPad mini. I love how easy it was to setup. There are a ton of features and many of them are accessible via a web interface (plug usb into your laptop or pc) get great ATT 4G and 4G LTE download & upload speeds. This is being used in a home as the main internet connection. It's hooked up to a desktop pc & iPhones, iPads & a macbook pro connect to it.

Very easy to set up. I have two homes and love the fact that I don't have to have two different service providers in each home, I just take it with me and I have service no matter where I'm at.

As long as you are in an area where there is signal the mifi is great. It is so easy to use it makes working on the go a breeze.

I purchased this when on vacation because I did not have internet access. This was a life saver as I need to stay connected to work. Very simple to use; turn it on, find the device on your laptop, enter a password and you're on the internet. I take it with me everywhere.

I am very happy with the MiFi Liberate. Its faster then my other internet. Easy to take with you where ever you go.

I bought this hotspot under the understanding that 5GB was more than enough for me. After using it for a little more than a week, I received my bill (and a warning), I was already over my limit. I was then unable to find out why it was so high. To make things worse, when I tried to call to find out more info, I was unable to get anyone to answer after 25 minutes of waiting! Is that what things will be like??? Please be aware that the means of contact needs to be taken care of.

This is very handy. We use it for our devices. Get one for you. Maybe you will like it too.

I got this little Hot Spot for my husband because he needs to be able to use his tablet when there isn't WiFi or the WiFi isn't strong. If you travel, or find yourself in places where there is no WiFi ,or you want your own dedicated WiFi; then you may want to invest in a Hot Spot. My husband says it is amazing and is very happy to have it. It is small and can be carried with you and works much like a cell phone with your tablet. I would be careful to choose a carrier with a large service area. You don't need to choose the same carrier as your cell phone but, if you are happy with it, you can sign up for the same service. It will cost you x amount per month (just like a cell phone but probably less) and you will have to sign a contract for x amount of years. It would be good to confer with a Best Buy associate to make sure you are getting the service provider that is best for your needs. They can show you a map that delineates where the various carriers provide service. Also different carriers charge different prices.

This was a good purchase to make it easier to do business and provide information that I can't do easily with a smart phone. I am trying to use a Tablet that sync's with my home computer. Makes life a little easier.
