I purchased this device to go with my new smartphone, and took advantage of a great ATT offer in doing so. So far, I've had a very good experience with it, and am eager to keep using it in the future for expanding business purposes.

I love this little gizmo. I can't wait to get my big computer hooked up to it. It is like setting an injured bird free. No more confinement.

I purchased this product to do school work for an online college. I have been traveling a lot lately and this Mifi hotspot lets me take my work with me wherever I go! I feel that I have a safe and secure connection for a great price!

I traveled internationally recently, and since I was not told that the device does not work internationally, I went out and purchased one from AT&T. The salesperson told me that it would work nationally and internationally, but never mentioned that it would not work internationally with out an additional data plan.

It's so handy to be able to go on the internet wherever I happen to be. I watched a TV show while my daughter had a doctor's appointment. I am usually bored, but not this time! I can't wait to take it when I travel.

I find that it gets great reception all around the state. I travel alote and can face time with my wife from any place I go.

I have had other air cards but my devices did not stay connected. This one is easy to use!

Have limited experience. No problems with equipment or performance.

The product generally works as advertised. It is nice to always have a hotspot available, esp. when travelling in rural areas. Sometime, it is difficult to connect to, requiring a laptop reboot.

Worked great! Used it where there was no WiFi available, when traveling....the downside was had to pay for an extra “line” on my phone plan.

I bought this when we were going on trip to use with my Kindle instead of buying an iPad. It is easy and we had good connection to internet while traveling down the road or camped.

I like the fact that I can use this for my desk top computer n was able to disconnect my land line n save 70.00 bucks a month!!!!

I bought this for using my travel trailer to stream videos online when camping. It has worked okay as long as there is service. I went camping this weekend in Leo Carrillo in Malibu CA there was no cell service so nothing worked.

The unfortunate problem with this is that the battery drains even when I don't use it. So, when I try to use it I need to charge it up.

I work from home using multiple internet based data programs. I live in an area were cell and satellite are my only high speed internet options. This was an upgrade for me. I was dissatisfied with the old device. (Considering a change) I was pleasantly surprised how much my internet performance improved. Now we can use multiple devices without slowing performance. This device has many new features. (can see what is connected, how much data is used/ remaining etc) This device is not easily affected by weather conditions. The battery lasts about 6 hours and recharges quickly.

I save money with this device.I have my phone,kindle and lap top all hook up.I cancelled my internet.

So far I am very pleased with the wireless internet server. It was so easy to install and get started using and I get the fastest internet service ever!

We were due for an upgrade, so this was the replacement. The first two weeks, it worked great. Then our signal started going off frequently and we had to restart it--then it went out altogether. I brought it in and was told to take the battery out and put it back in--which they did, and it did turn on. At that tie, it was mentioned that this was an "issue" with these. Took it home and it went out again the next day. Tried the battery trick and it worked. Went out again two days later--battery trick did not work after repeated tries and once again took it back. Customer service could not get it to work, so took it to Mobile, and brought it back on again. I asked, "what if this is just a lemon"? and was told to keep trying to make it work. I said, but I have a 2 year agreement that won't work if my system doesn't connect. No answer for that. As I was leaving the store, the GM approached and asked if I found everything satisfactory. I explained my dilemma and he said that sometimes you have to remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, clean off the terminal, push in the start button to discharge the stored charge and put back in the battery! Why all the hocus pocus and WHY wasn't I apprised of this when I bought the unit? The jury is still out on this one!

I have not yet taken the time to read the operation instructions, but I just returned from a trip down sourth Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina. The device does not work down in the hills. I had hoped it would work in isolated areas, it doesn't. If you are in an area where there is wi-fi, it will pick it up. I am not all that impressed, but it was an inexpensive purchase.

It was a great deal. I already had AT&T and was able to get this product free with 2 yr activation. Fits perfectly in bag with laptop
