Overall it is the best personal wifi. However, the 2 year contract with AT&T $50 a month is appalling. I wish they offered a pay as you go or prepay for the mifi. I also wish you could lock the mifi with a code like your iphone prohibiting access to slide and open the mifi. Sadly, if you loose your mifi it can be easily reprogrammed even of you changed the generic code. However, on the good side this has the best service even in little country areas. I would recommend this to a friend however, I would warn them of the 2 yr contract with AT&T.

I like this mobile hotspot. I use to at work (during my lunch) when I am using my personal tablet. I can check my email, play games, and surf the internet without using the company's internet server. The battery life is great. You get 5 gig to use each month. This device is small, so it can easily fit in my purse. You can have more than one device to access this hotspot.....as long as you provide the pass code to access it. So others can see the hotspot but it is a locked (great security/peace).

Connection was great....never lost a signal. Kids connected for their computers. Traveling was the main reason I purchased this product

Enjoy being able to take mi-fi with me when traveling. ATT needs to improve service in rural areas.

Using for business when we travel. Safe and secure. Highly recommed. This is our first. We have used alot when traveling.

I was not pleased that there was a charge for sending texts and pictures so had to ask that these features be blocked on my account.

I live in a brick condo and I have used other similar type products and cannot always get a connection. I have been able to get WiiFi connection and keep it. I recommend it highly

WIFI is great compared to the old USB that would quit and or not give internet access. ATT is much better than Verizon USB

This works great for me to connect with needing a hotspot by create my own. I expected faster transmission rates with 4G.

For the purpose of a learning tool for our children and reading device for us it was a great purchase.

This is our source for internet service for our house. The 4G LTE works great and is fast. The device has all the info you need on it. At the touch of a fingertip, I can see how much data I have used, see what devices are attached - block some and share data between my PC and laptop!

I travel a lot and it nice to be able to get on my I pad with no trouble and know my info is safe

This was purchased for family road trip vacation. We stayed connected to the internet during the entire trip and the kis could watch cartoons online.

Simple to use. Convenient when on the road. Basically free after putting it on our cell bill.

It's a good product but to hard to carry around Battery life terrible
