    Did discover that this prepaid ATT phone could be used on existing family plan by just switching out SIM card and wasn't forced to use it on a prepaid plan as the instructions indicated. Battery was severely dead on arrival and ATT store staff was desperate to see it charge enough to begin our phone swap. The iOS update was extremely long in coming but was sufficient once completed.

    To begin with for the first 2 days following Christmas 2019 with the usual highly anticipated after Christmas Sales; The Store at Lake Worth was totally Under Staffed. Wait times were excessive for Geek Squad Assistance and Sales Associate Assistance. If the store would have scheduled ample personnel for these time frames, their overall score could have been higher
