At BestBuy.com it says the following: "Compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Also compatible with prepaid carriers including Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Simple Mobile, Total Wireless, Tracfone, Net10, Mint, and H2O." However it is locked to AT&T for six months before it is eligible to be unlocked! So don't bother try using it on Tmobile, Verizon, Cricket, etc. Overall this is a cheaply no-name manufactured plastic Chinese budget phone and a far cry from the LG AT&T prepaid phones like the Phoenix 2, 3, 4, plus or the ZTE Maven, 2, 3 and the Blade Spark etc etc that been sold the last 3 or 4 years at Best Buy and the other box stores.
