    I bought this AT&T prepaid phone because on BestBuy.com the description said that the Radiant Core phone is Universal Unlocked? At BestBuy.com it says the following: "Compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Also compatible with prepaid carriers including Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Simple Mobile, Total Wireless, Tracfone, Net10, Mint, and H2O." However it is locked to AT&T for six months before it is eligible to be unlocked! So don't bother try using it on Tmobile, Verizon, Cricket, etc. Overall this is a cheaply no-name manufactured plastic Chinese budget phone and a far cry from the LG AT&T prepaid phones like the Phoenix 2, 3, 4, plus or the ZTE Maven, 2, 3 and the Blade Spark etc etc that been sold the last 3 or 4 years at Best Buy and the other box stores.

      Marko, Thank you for bringing out inaccurate product detail to our attention! The feature of universal unlocked was mistakenly added to the PDP and has since been removed.

    I was unable to get a pre-paid card to load. I had to go to an AT&T store and put it on a montly loading by AT&T to work. I was told the prepaid cards do not work with the phone by AT&T.

    This phone is very slow. Annoyingly slow. It’s ok in a pinch for the price but definitely not a phone for long term use.
