This is a excellent smart phone for youth because it's not very expensive and has all the features that they are looking for to do the things that they like to do.

I bought this phone because I was not up for an upgrade and wasn't willing to pay $350 for a new one. This phone had everything I needed at a great price. Super fast and easy to use. Great buy!

This phone was a total surprise! It is a smartphone and has performed better than my old phone. Memory can be an issue, but otherwise, it is a good deal.

I bought this online knowing it had a VERY limited amount of space for apps. But, since I don't really use my phone to play games, it is working for me. There is one thing worth mentioning, though. I bought it to replace an older GoPhone and at first, I couldn't make or receive calls with it. In talking with AT&T support, I was told I had to prove that I bought it. I don't know why, I've never done that in the past. I ultimately forwarded my Best Buy email receipt as proof. They quickly notified me the restriction was removed. I am guessing this was just an odd and rare occurrence.

I have had a GoPhone for years and added airtime minutes every 90 days. I decided to purchase this phone mostly because I had a large credit balance on my account that I could use to pay for this plan. It's a nice phone - the only complaint I have is it doesn't seem to have a lot of free space. Every time I try to download an app it tells me there isn't room on the device and I only have a couple things downloaded.

Goodd budget smart phone for light users

I have had this phone for about two months now and I find this phone to be more ideal for light app users. This phone has met my needs as I primarily use it for making phone calls, texting, and GPS. However, the limited storage space prevents it from being a great phone. There is only 1.2GB of user internal memory use, which much of the bloat ware takes up with its updates. With KitKat limiting SD card use, very little features or apps can be added to this phone. I had to disable many of the installed apps and prevented auto updates to free up memory. Currently, there is no working root method, so this phone has limited use. I would look elsewhere for those who want to use many apps. However, this works better for basic smart phone use.

Even though I do not usee smart phone fetures the phone has been just fine. I generally use it for calls and text and this has been more than satisfactory. it is also nice to know that all of the "smart" features are already part of the phone if my situation changed and they were required. Good reatures and excellent price.

My daughter had a Galaxy 4 that needed repaired. I purchased this phone to hold her over the week or so during repairs. As a 16 year old she missed her higher end phone, but found that most of what she needed she could access.

It does everything you would expect a smartphone to do. I purchased this phone as a "gap" device, until my iPhone was repaired. Not being proficient with the Android platform, I, as expected, was in way over my head with all its many functions. On a basic level I found the phone to be too "quick" to dial a number. Seems every time my finger got close to a contact, the phone would launch into dialing, then it would take several taps to end the erroneous call. AT&T has great coverage for my area so I was never without a signal. My iPhone repaired but I will keep this ZTE around as a back up.

NIce camera. very nice camera. takes a bit of exploring and the back up on thePC feature is a pain because it backs up everything everytime instead of letting you pick and choose. the touch screen is a bit sensitive and it takes some gettin gused to to accept a call while you;re listening to music...I accidentlally disconnected folks a few times .Still not a bad phone and it is a good 'bridge" phone to a smart phone for hte nontechhie.

The camera is decent. It comes with a bunch of apps already which is annoying because there is less room on the phone for picture storage and personal apps.

It does not have enough memory to hold the apps I want but holds all I really need. I use MagicJack and wi-fi hotspots and it works fine. Saves billing time usage on Virgin Mobile. The no contract suits my need just fine.

When my Samsung Note starting given me problems I looked several places and phones not wanting a contract. For the price and to replace my Note this was the best choice I could have made. Purchasing my phone from Best Buy for the price and the extended warranty for a minimal cost for two years has been the best thing I could have ever done.

I provided this smartphone to a senior who had never used one. It was very easy for him to learn the device. I think this was a good choice as a trial.
