Customers are positive about the Motorola Moto E's price, ease of use, camera quality, battery life, and screen size. Many appreciate its features and performance for the price point, although some express concern regarding the limited internal memory. The inclusion of an FM radio is also a frequently cited positive. A lack of flash is mentioned as a drawback by a few users.

For $99 and no further commitments, this phone rocks. It's faster than a phone I just got in Sept.2014 and its 8gb memory, expandable 32gb SD card slot, gorilla glass, custom BANDS avail from moto, make it a sturdy choice in a prepaid phone solution. For $25 - $60 a month with AT&T you can have a solid performing phone with a natural feeling android OS experience. Only small downside is screen quality and camera, they are 'average' but this is a better phone than the $49 ZTE android phone that AT&T offers for the GoPhone plan.

This is a great in expensive smart phone. While basic it is fairly reliable and well built. My daughter uses it on Cricket, and serves all her needs with both a front and rear facing camera. It is a great phone for the price.

I currently have an iPhone 6 and purchased this phone to pair and update my Moto 360 smartwatch. I think that for the price you can't go wrong. This is a solid phone that's smooth and easy to use. I still prefer the iPhone over this phone but if you need a low end android phone that's expandable (memory wise) and can run most android apps with ease, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

After looking at a few inexpensive phone replacement options decided on this and I'm very happy. It is fast, decent camera and feels solid. Also easy to find cases due to its popularity.

I had another Motorola phone previously, but the battery life on this phone is far superior; the previous phone was good, but this one is great. As it turns out my brother has basically the same phone and his opinion was equal to mine. Don't spend hundreds of dollars on the latest technology, that you will have to pay through the nose for if you drop it, or if it falls into water. This smartphone is just as user-friendly as an iPhone and just as powerful as a Samsung. This is the right way to go if you want to save money and have a great phone.

Bought this phone as a daily deal for $30, wished I picked it up on black Friday when it was $10. Got it unlock for free. Remove the SIM, get the imei number from the side. Go to att.com and the support. Was able to get the unlock code in 2 days. Used it for T-Mobile in no time. It's a smaller phone than my older s3, but not by much, screen isn't as crisp nor is the camera function is better. Feels more sturdy and much better battery life. Fairly simple phone, I don't run tons of games, just a few apps which is all I want. Great back up, beginner or run of the mill smart phone. I recommend it if it's less than $50.

I don't use my phone a lot so I have a pay as you go account, and my old phone wasn't a smart phone. I was wanting to upgrade so I would have access to traffic apps and maps, and my boyfriend saw this phone on the deal of the day and recommended I get it. It does everything I need it to do and seems to have a great battery life, and is running the latest Android OS. I am pretty happy with this phone.

I purchased this phone to replace an aging flip style GoPhone for my mother in law. It is rugged, simple and feature rich for what you pay. Most of the bloatware can be disabled and a lot of great apps can be installed in the remaining 5GB available. It can take a 32GB card which is a lot more than the MP3 player it is replacing and also can tune in to FM radio. Tempered glass screen protectors and grip cases can be easily found to protect your phone and are far cheaper than replacing them.

Good smartphone for the price. All basic functions work well. Average size and weight comfortable to hold and to operate. Good battery life, screen is clear, but not as very responsive as some higher end phones. Overall a good basic smartphone.

The phone is easy to use, as I'm a less-tech savvy senior citizen. I'm able to perform many functions with it, such as texting and taking pictures. I was hesitant about getting a touch screen phone, but as long as you lock the phone, it works just fine.

This phone is exactly what I wanted. It's fast and sound is clear. I really like using the FM radio while I'm at work, some service providers don't allow the radio chip use.

I bought this for my 10 yr old son. This is his first phone. Screen is not as good as other high end phones but for this price I have no complains. He loves it because he can do everything my phone can do. It meets all his needs.

Really enjoy this phone. There is more space, its faster. Love that it has a front facing camera as well as the back. The only reason why I did not give it a five star is the camera does not have flash. If you are in a decently lit area the camera takes good photos.

Bought this for my daughter. It was only $47 on sale. It is perfect. She can text, use all the apps she wants and even make phone calls. The only criticism is the camera. It is marginal and without a flash in low light the pictures are bad. But this phone does the other "basic" smart phone functions very well.
