Customers are positive about the Motorola Moto E's price, ease of use, camera quality, battery life, and screen size. Many appreciate its features and performance for the price point, although some express concern regarding the limited internal memory. The inclusion of an FM radio is also a frequently cited positive. A lack of flash is mentioned as a drawback by a few users.

The phone is a great value at this price. It has worked well and is capable of doing everything I need it to do. It doesn't have the gimmick features and functions of a GS6 or iPhone 6S+, but it does everything it needs to well.

Android Losses Out to Windows Phones for the buck

This is a cheap phone, so know what you're getting. The biggest beef I would take with the phone is its lack of a flash for its rear facing camera. The camera in general is pretty awful, but not that I was expecting much for a cheap phone. The internal memory says it's 8GB, but in reality it's about 5GB or less actually available for use, I'm not sure if this is because of the OS hogging up all the space (or all the nonsense apps that are uninstallable that are preloaded to the phone or if they are just lying about how much internal memory it actually has), but it also highly diminishes the value of the phone b/c even with a SD memory card expansion a lot of android apps aren't built to be able to be copied to the SD card (or installed their by default). If you aren't looking for specific apps, the lumia 640 is a far superior phone for the price. If Microsoft can get more compliance or offered some sort of emulation, it would be by far some of the best price for quality phone imhop, as this phone and evening the settings are a pain to use compared to windows phone.

I'm an AT&T subscriber and needed a new smartphone. The GO phones offer a less expensive way to upgrade. Just pop in your SIM and you're good to "Go". The only drawback is the lack of a flash(light)

Bought this for my 73 year old mother as her first smartphone. Good size, great features and has worked well for her. Can't beat it for the money as you can activate on AT&T.

This is my 4th cell phone (all no-contract) and by far the best! Impressed with the screen size, clear and easy to read with many features. Efficient and logical access. Took very little time to become adept at using it.

Purchases the Motorola Moto E phone and the unlocked it so I could use it during international trips. It was such a nice phone that I have ended out using it as my primary phone. Works well and low price so I take it where my iPhone might get damaged. Result is I use it more than my iPhone.

    I love this phone

This is my 2nd Moto series phone. I first had the Moto G 1st Generation, and now I have the Moto E 2nd Generation. This phone is very durable, has held up very well. I've dropped the phone on the ground, throw it at a wall, and the screen isn't broken. They claim the phone is waterproof as well. I've dropped in water puddle and phone hasn't given me any problems. So glad this Moto E has a slot for my SD card. My favorite feature is how you can add "users" or "guests" to the phone, so if you let someone use your phone, you can switch it over to "guest mode", and while in this mode, your messages, emails, contacts, apps, etc. are not able to be accessed unless you sign back into your user account. Very impressed with this feature on this phone, as many other similar priced Lollipop Androids do not have this wonderful feature. I will notpurchase another phone if it doesn't have this capability. One downfall is that the included charger that comes with the phone is only made to be directly plugged into a wall outlet. It does not allow USB connection to computer unless you have a separate cable. This wall charger is a slow charger as well. But be aware that if you use another charger on this phone with intentions to charger it faster, your battery will begin to not hold a full charger and it will weaken it quickly. So be sure to use your original chat her that comes with the phone and all will be good. Battery is not removable. This phone does not have a flash light or camera flash.

This is perfect for my husband who doesn't want an iPhone and only uses basic functions like an occasional google search on the internet. Works perfectly, easy to use, good camera.

The phone feels nice and responsive when in use. The screen is great when it comes to viewing content. The ability to add a microSD card is also very nice, since the phone only has 8gb of internal storage. The phone is great for what I paid for it!

For the cost it would be hard to find a better more capable phone. It is built well, and has excellent battery life. Only down side is with the included charger it takes an incredibly long time to fully charge the battery.

I used a $9.95 phone for calling only. Never thought I would buy a phone like this. Now I am hooked. This is a great phone. I don't believe you can find a better value phone for this price anywhere.

We bought this phone for my little sister for an early Xmas gift.. I gave it a four star because the Google play sites kept crashing until we found how to update it.. Overall it is a useable phone.. Cheap and good

Needed beginner Android phone for my wife who is not tech adept. Windows phone was lacking apps she wanted. This is working out well. It's not for power users by any means but is a good basic Android that can run most apps. Only drawback is that the cameras are not very good.

I think it is a bit obvious but just to make sure: this is not a flagship phone. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the Moto X but it has enough to make it feel like you're missing too much.
