Brought my Asus laptop in due to a gray scale screen and the Geek squad tech analyzed the issue right there, fixed the problem and also updated some drivers. GREAT JOB GEEK SQUAD

I was thoroughly impressed by this phone. Sure it's not the quality of the S series or an iPhone, but it's not suppose to be. It was smooth, the processor kept up for the most part. It's a great device for around $100. It would definitely be my choice for kids or replacing a broken phone between contracts.

It's simple and does what I need. My only problem is that it needs more file space to send videos through text.

Purchased for my 10 year old to replace a previous model. He loves it and was in awe of the upgrades from the older model. He he very tech savvy and loved the new features. Combined with a $35 pay as you fo plan, it’s a great and affordable investment to have peace of mind.

the whole phone is a better feel, build, program etc over prime express 1. . its like stepping from consumer to pro. love not having ongoing plan. 22 gig plan i never have to worry about my speed in my professional work. though i didnt realize until i got it that the standard J3 case has different location for audio TRS jack. so i had to re-purchase the proper case and screen cover (camera on opposite side. LOVE the phone. camera decent. though only gripe is camera settings are limited and not easy to navigate.

My husband and I just purchased our 1st Smartphones and the Samsung Galaxy Express Prime 2 phones are ideal. We decided on the Prepaid phones as we already had a wireless plan through AT&T and could just activate our new devices - no extra fees. The prices at Best Buy were the lowest for a buy and go option.

This is a pretty typical smartphone that you can use on a day to day basis. To get your phone calls, messages, and some light browsing. Occasional camera use and reading books work fine as well. Although, this is not a phone for a power user who uses their phone to do some heavy browsing and working with different apps. It is not fast when you want to go through different websites or articles. Compare to the midrange phones which are for around 200 dollars this is really slow. For someone who is not going to do heavy usage, this smartphone is an average phone which works great, especially for the price.

Would only buy again if it were on sale again. If you need an inexpensive replacement phone it does the job. But after a month or so of slows down after a few months it has a tendency to get stuck on stupid. But for 50 bucks you cant go wrong.

This phone is a great, MUCH cheaper version of a smart phone. It runs on the google Android platform, so it is a bit different from an iPhone, but it is the same basic idea. But for half the price, it is well worth learning a few differences!

I had to send in my Galaxy S8 plus for repairs and was left without a phone. Bought this phone as my backup and it's been good. Takes decent pictures and the screen quality is good too. It's definitely not a premium phone but it gets the job done
