||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a nice phone but it has numerous issues! Keyboard sometimes appears on home screen/ lock screen! If you make an okay Google call someone it automatically goes to mute that they cannot hear you but you can hear them! Also when using text messaging with Google it is hard to correct a word because the words are so close to the keyboard, you'd have to see what I'm talking about to know exactly what I mean! Called Samsung many times they don't have a clue! Was a day out of 14 day, allowing to returning it to Best Buy when I realized all of these problems! Ringer volume not very loud, speakerphone not very loud!

Good Phone

After having this phone, would never pay $800+ for the flagship phones (i.e. Newest Galaxy, iphone) they are just not worth the $$! Tons of pre-loaded software which cuts memory in half. Gets bogged down and slow when memory close to being full.

A Great Starter Phone For Kids + Pokemon

Some bells and whistles are not here, such as fast charging, but for a grade school child, this is a great all-around device. It is also solid for Pokemon Go'ing with dear old Dad.
