I order online but all the time they said for security reason your order is canceled. Then why Bestbuy put for online shopping. Thats my concern. I have to go to physically to the bestbuy. Otherwise phone was perfect .

Had the phone a month now. I like the screen size and the it runs pretty quick. The picture quality is ok as long as you do not zoom in too close. Phone constantly wants to slip out of my pocket when im getting out of the car. I would definitely recommend a case for the phone. Youtube videos look good as you would expect from a cell phone. Overall good phone for the price I paid

I was really impressed with this smart phone it has great features and for the price it was worth every penny. If you are looking for a really nice smart phone without the big price tag I would definitely choose the Samsung Galaxy Express Prime!

Absolute love this phone. Battery last a long time on standby. Battery expends fast on cellular network over internet, but can last longer over WiFi. The Battery last all day for me. Charge every night. The ringtones are not really loud, but there are pitches in ring tones selection that can be heard. I'm very satisfied with the cost and quality of the product. The screen is smooth. Came with a charger and power cord. I was able to get phone setup with AT&T on my existing Service. I didn't have to with the GoPhone service.

I was concerned about speed with this phone but have found it to be fast enough. Great screen size also. And you just cannot beat the price!!

Really enjoy the phone it was just close to an S7 as I can get and a gopher was very happy and very pleased with the service

It's compact, easy to use and has a screen that is awesome to look at. By far, the best phone I have ever owned so far.

Speed is great, storage is sufficient but better with an SD card, home button is bouncy and could have been tactic like the other keys at the bottom. The camera could be better -- higher resolution, faster focus, etc. The case is slippery, so a protective case with some texture is recommended. Reliable phone, and I would highly recommend it for the price.

Needed to replace a phone that my son went swimming with, a year later still works like a charm. Pretty low memory on it but has an extra slot for a micro SD card. Overall, a great phone!

I needed an upgrade from my iPhone 4s and this was a great and low priced option. I was hesitant to switch from an iPhone to Android, and I am glad I made the switch! Love it!

i purchased this phone may 2016 and i still have it as of december 2016. i use it daily to text check email play games take pictures and go online. it takes very good pictures, works great with all the apps i use and the battery life is decent. ive dropped it twice (no case but i keep meaning to get one) and it hasn't broken or cracked.

My older IPhone broke, and I just couldn't get myself to pay $750 for something that would be obsolete in 90 days. Apple finally managed through hubris to price point me to try Android. Glad I did. Viruses are an issue, but unless you are candy crush app happy, for the average busi9ness home use this phone was 90% as good for a fraction of the price.

For those looking for Samsung quality in a budget phone, this one will fit the bill. Some drawbacks, however, include the phone can get a bit sluggish and the coating used on the screen really attracts fingerprints and smudges super easy - moreso than most other phones in this price range. The phone is lightweight and the screen quality is outstanding.

I bought this phone for my son's first smart phone and he loves it so far! It seems to be able to do everything my Samsung Galaxy S6 can, and the storage is expandable (which mine isn't!) I added it to our AT&T plan and only pay the add a line price, instead of higher amount for a month go phone card. Definitely worth the price!

I was looking for an affordable smartphone for my mom to be able to use her free calling apps to call international. This works perfectly for her, even offering more than she uses. If you're looking for a smartphone and you're on a budget, you should look into this. It has most of the bells and whistles that comes with other well known smartphones. Not bad for prepaid(if that means anything ;))

Best non Flagship phone I've owned. Not that much into photos so the 5mp camera doesn't bother me particularly. Besides 5 mp ain't all that bad for ramdom photos. Works well with Android Auto. Nice size screen and battery life is as good or better than my old Galaxy S3.

Great screen. Great camera. Easy to use even for a senior citizen!

I am really happy with this phone. Very easy to use and its got all the bells and whistles so speak like the higher end Galaxy's. Worth the price,no complaints here!
