Good basic smartphone and sound quality. Bad camera quality.

The phone meets the needs of what I am trying to accomplish.

The phone may be perfectly fine. I just didn't like it by comparison to my Asus Zenfone 2e. I bought it at an AT&T store so no review. I returned the phone but for no other reason than it felt like a sidegrade from 8 gig to 16 gig. After gorilla glass the other stuff feels rough.

Its alright and has a decent price. However its very slow, camera isnt great, has a hard time running some apps, and 16gb just isnt enough space.

The phone is good phone esp since I needed a new one. But when i told salesman my old Sim card was too big, he told me it will still work and to just cut it. I guess he was trying to make a sale. And I'm out of $100

Too easy to break the layer under the glass.,had two exactly the same so there wouldnt be a problem with keeping all saved . The representative in the store for Samsung swiped my everything. Disappointing!

Bought this because I was told that I could use this also on the T-Mobile network. Found out that you have to have the phone for six months before it will be unlocked.

Initially we thought it was the terrible cellular coverage we have from AT&T, but the phone still doesn't make a call after getting a microcell in our home. Sure, you can text, but it has never worked right for calls since we bought it a month ago, and now we are supposed to put a claim into Samsung to get it replaced. What a hassle - do not buy this phone! We've never had trouble with our iPhones.

I purchased this phone about a month ago.It was working fine until couple days ago.At beginning,two third of screen turned to striped colors suddenly.,then next day whole screen turned to black ,left one corner with some light on.Now I can not use that phone anymore.It is a piece of junk.Don't buy it.

Basic phone if you need something on the side. Does the job for a second phone for ride sharing side gigs.

People can't hear me when I call them. They have to call me back.

Bought 2 and both have call problems and I can't use talk to text on one... never again...

The ringer is so soft that I often miss phone calls. Not to mention, I often miss texts.

I guess for the price its okay. But the camera is horrible. There are not a lot of options.

Even though this is a new phone the battery needs to be charged every day, which never has happen with a new phone. I do not have service with this phone, even though my provider is not a problem. I can't seem to get bluetooth connected. So terribly unhappy.

You would think the phone was 3 years old. I have older phones that perform better than this thing. I recommend getting something more high end even if it's a little older.

Screen resolution is awful. Very flimsy phone. Screen cracked just trying to get it into a case. Broke almost immediately.

I am a Straight Talk prepaid customer and am always looking for phone deals. Samsung software was horrible in the past but that have really done a great job recently with toning down touchwiz. This phone has a terrific screen and adequate memory to run all the newest apps. The phone is always cool to the touch and has all-day battery life. It also happens to be the exact same size as an iPhone 6/6s. You just need a micro SD card and a cheap case and you're good to go. This is really all the phone most people need and it's only $99 on sale. A good analogy would be that this Samsung is the chromebook of phones. Don't hesitate
