The Galaxy Express Prime is a great phone. By far the best of the AT&T Go Phones. At least until the J7 comes to AT&T. Does almost everything that the top of the line phones do for a fraction of the price. Be sure to have one of the Samsung reps get you signed up for the free classes that they offer. Then you'll get 20% off of a Samsung accessory.

My wife and I were looking for an inexpensive way to replace my wife's Windows smart phone. The sales rep was very helpful in helping us find a good solution. He went so far as to transfer the contact data even though there was no direct way to do it because of platform differences. So far . . . my wife is pleased with the device.

I had a Windows phone before, and I hated it. Now I'm back to an Android device, I'm happy again. I love the freedom this phone gives me, and the software runs well.

This was gotten as a place holder for a broken Samsung S7 Edge. It runs Android 6.0 and works quite well. Most apps that were in use on the Edge still worked on the Express Prime, just a bit slower. Not much more to add. Just a good, solid performing no frills phone with a nice user interface that is easily navigated.

This smart phone was nice for my sons prepaid account. He could set it to connect using wifi and not use data.

I bought this phone for my 12 year old daughter, she absolutely loves it! There are cases that can be purchased for the phone and our phone providers memory card/chip fit inside so she is part of our plan. No reason to spend $30 a month on a phone for her! Highly recommend for teenagers just starting with a phone.

I really love this phone,I have one and bought another for my husband. It has great features and is on a pay as you go basis so you aren't paying for a plan. Customer service is not the greatest, the only drawback of this phone,but mine are set up for autopay so don't have to deal with it very often.

Needed a temporary phone while my husbands phone was being repaired. Has everything you need on it.

When I walked into the Best Buy Mobile store here in Bellingham, Washington I just wanted to learn how to answer my ZTE phone. JL at the store answered my question and we started talking about newer phones. She suggested this one. Not only is it easier to answer but it has more memory and all the apps I had on the ZTE were transferred over. This phone does what I want and I find it is easy to use.

Very simple phone for less tech savvy users and the price is very reasonable.

I haven't had any major issues with this phone. Would like to upgrade to an iPhone after this one.
