Do not expect this phone to do what others that cost way more to do. Battery stop holding a charge about 6 months after I bought it. Can't change battery due to how it is made.

Phone is Good for my kid but not adult friendly

But my elderly father who only speaks his native language now hates the phone. The language settings for his phone only have English, Spanishn Dench and Chinese. I tried everything g and nothing worked like his old Samsung note 3!

The mouth piece has issues picking up your voice when talking and this makes it difficult for the other party to hear you. The other issue is the memory; it fills up fast. I picked up an additional 32 gig card and it is working good.
