    Popping in the sim card and going through the setup was easy. However, at one point it the AT&T website did freeze, but I was able to exit and relaunch to complete setup. This is used as a second device for me so it was a nice process.

    I got this phone service for my mother who needs to make long distance calls to our relatives in Mexico. Its a great, easy to use product and does the job within our budget. The staff at BestBuy was kind enough to assist us in adding to plan to our phone.

    Works well so far. Great purchase! Appreciate how seamless the instructions were and that it was not too difficult to use the kit. Thank you Best Buy. Only wish the prepaid accounts were as easy.

    Needed a temporary phone and got the SIM card from Best Buy. It was simple and very affordable. I logged into ATT prepaid and bought the plan I needed. So simple and so quick.

    I bought this to go into a net gear lte router because AT&T disabled my previous one. I usually buy the Tracfone card for a buck, but didn't have that luxury this time. I had a $5 worth of rewards, so I only paid around $5 for the card.

    It's a SIM kit. There's nothing to really say about it, except that BestBuy does not charge any more for this than ATT. So, if you know what you need, theres' no need to go to an ATT store.
