Works great for his office. Great add on to existing system

This is a replacement for an older AT&T system that I liked a lot but couldn't get replacement handsets. People are constantly telling me I am breaking up on the handsets. It is more difficult to see who has called and I still haven't figured out how to delete just one or two old calls and keep the ones I want. I am not pleased with this purchase.

Sound quality isn't great. There is an echo that occurs if you are on one of the lines and the other rings. Some of the features could be easier and more intuitive. I wouldn't buy another one.

there are too many things in this phone, even such a simple function as simply making a call is not possible, for this you need to read the special literature probably!

I returned I couldn’t get it setup to my laptop. I wish I could have set it up for my landline service

Bought this for my food business and it did not work so well, Main phone was OK but portable was echoing. Would not recommend if you have higher volume of calls.

This item is nothing special. I feel like it was overpriced. I am looking for something more high tech with better capabilities. Will be returning this item.

...how hard is it to spec a Call Block function on a modern phone? Had I known I couldn't block unwanted calls, I would not have bought this model.

I liked the phone other than the fact that every conference call I was on somebody would complain about the echo from my phone.

wouldn't register with AT&T - CL80113, which was what the sales agent said would work. Four help desk people later - sales, geek squad, product specialist and then geek squad again - advised that it probably wasn't compatible and should return it. Call quality on the help desk also wasn't great.
