Ignore the instruction sheet that tells you to download software. This is a landline and just plug it in!

Faulty Phone System.

Main phone base works well, after 4 weeks cordless handheld does not function to dial out, receive calls, scan messages, or hold battery charge, etc. Expected better from AT&T. Must contact manufacture to see if the handheld is repairable/replaceable. Not happy. All viable suggestions are appreciated. Regards, Patricia Walker.

Was bought for my 90 yr old Mom.

It was programmed in such a way that if she mistakingly pushes wrong buttons, she can't mess it up. She can't accidently change the time or date, either.
