Great - secure connection. no contract, can be used with multiple devices, 4G, LTE, greatest coverage area with AT&T, small and convenient. Had a little difficulty getting access initially, but customer support was great. Hope AT&T will start rolling over data soon.

This hotspot works great and I love that it is portable. Internet service whenever I want or wherever I am. And no contract. Love it that you can go on line and check your data usage.

This item is pretty cool and allows everyone in the office to be able to use it to surf the Internet without using the company's system. Setup was straightforward and simple. The initial charging took more time than the setup. The hotspot allows up to five devices at once, and is limited only by your plan or prepaid card to load. We use the prepaid card with the limit set by the amount of the card. You can add it to your cell plan but it is a little costly. We look for the prepaid cards on sale and then use those to load the hotspot. It has enough range to cover our office and we never lost connection since we got it. It has a small display window that displays some basic info and operations. Good overall operations and a good product. Good shopping!

I ove this device. It works really well when in the run/ on the road. It's very simple to load more gigabytes with no contra. I can connect multiple devices at one time. Great device!!!!!

Has good reception. Wish the screen was touch screen and provided info about data usage. Otherwise good product without the headache or waste of a contract when you don't need it all the time.

I purchased about 10 of these devices to work with CricketWireless. I just activated the SIM cards (5 lines per account) with the standard 2.5GB phone plans and they all worked GREAT. Consistently got speeds around 11Mbps Download and 8Mbps Upload. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a HotSpot with a CricketWireless Account.

We are very pleased with this Hot Spot. We have a place at Lake Anna, VA and no longer had good service with Verizon, this has been great.

Extra small unit fits in my purse for travel. Can easily monitor usage and reload online.

Recently purchased the AT&T mobile hotspot and wish I had bought this months sooner. We traveled for six weeks without the benefit of a network, but the mobile hotspot solved our problem. The unit is reliable and customer service was excellent, both in store and troubleshooting later. The month to month contract fit our needs perfectly, too.

This is an excellent device to use when you need service and are not at a hot spot. Works fine and provides a decent amount of internet service to quickly check my emails and surf a few pages on the web.

Haven't had any problems compared to the Clear Network and Verizon since I have purchased this item. I am very happy to drop them both. Now I have excellent WI-FI service in my home including my wireless home phone service. Great package. Thinking about a "Smart Phone"
