    Cool when it worked. Poor customer service. I haven’t used it in three months. Just tried this week, It no longer allows me to log in. Log in as guest works, but nothing works once you get logged in. Cannot reset it either as it gets some kind of error. Can no longer boot to Ubuntu either.

    Way too slow of a device for what it's being sold for it's aesthetically pleasing but the performance is abosmal

    Purchased this product as a surprise for the family on Christmas. Took almost 5 hours to setup due "server issues". The clunky user interface makes it seem like your internet is down, but it's really Atari's servers. After we were finally able to login, their game store is also totally broken (which is one of the main reasons for purchasing it). No communication from Atari Support for 24hrs or posts on social media that show they care about the issues their customers are having. Will be writing a letter to Best Buy management about the horrible partner they picked by selling this in their stores. Huge disappointment for our family this Holiday.

    Build quality of the console is nice. The controllers feel cheap and breakable. The interface is really terrible. The games included aren't worth the cost.
