This was not at all what I expected. The pieces didn’t even fit together correctly.

At the middle connection, the media storage just starts to lean forward

bought this it ended up missing a part and company never got back to me, ended up returning to store, plus it would need to be attached to a wall and i cant have that

I bought two because I like the picture online and had a need for the product. Assembly took longer than expected, I found it impossible to join the upper half and bottom together as described. It is also not possible to put the packing on without damaging the side walls. Overall very flimsy and I gladly pay $15 bucks more and get something that may survife a move.

Kind of flimsy, missing hardware and connectors for top an bottom did not lock down correctly, I have purchased 2 other units and this is the first I had any issues with

Sent me an opened and used item. Tried installing the product with missing hardware. Now passed the return time, and no one to call requesting the missing items.

I am a huge movie owner, and when I saw this item I thought this would be the prefect item for storage, but I was wrong. The item was missing parts and the holes was in the incorrect places so It could not be put together correctly. NEVER BUY!!!!!

I have used things like this over the years. I decided to add one to hole my growing collection of DVDs. Unfortunately the quality of this item is terrible. I simply picked up one of the pieces and it broke in half. Then a bit later I picked up another one and it simply broke in half. I returned the item and am looking for something else that is a lot better quality.

Boxes came damaged. Some parts were broken. Bith boxes were missing multiple screws. After i returned it to best buy Bought on amazon with no issues.

I bought this shelf thinking it would be a great storage solution but as soon as I put my DVDs on it, it fell apart so I just returned it. It's garbage. Build something yourself and save the hassle.

I had initially purchased one of these units to hold the collection of music, movies, video games, and general computer software. I wasn't expecting much out of the cabinet after reading the reviews and really didn't want to waste time and money if the reviews proved to be correct. In the end, I was happy enough with the purchase to go out the following day and get another one. Below are bullets on what I found. 1. You have to be extremely careful not to over tighten the screws with the particle board. It is very easy to split the particle board. 2. The build quality varies on the units. One of the units I had didn't have the pilot holes drilled for the screws, the other one seemed to split easier than the first. 3. You do not want to use a powered screw drive to put these together. While your arms will tire out with the screwdriver, save yourself the aggravation and damage to the product with a regular screw driver. 4. I found the instructions very easy to follow. There are a few areas that may cause confusion if you aren't careful, but overall the instructions are quite good between whats written and diagrammed. When all else fails, common sense pulled me through one area (which side the single hole vs double holes went). 5. Two people are pretty much required when attaching the back panels. I had someone hold the unit upright while I screwed the panels in place. If I didn't do this, I guarantee it would have fallen over. 6. You need to secure this to a wall, otherwise it will fall. In my case, I modified the two units as I wanted them closer together than the side mounts would originally allow. Basically, I attached the units to each other with a longer screw (going through the wall mount) and placed the second mount to the top of the second unit. The outside edges are mounted at the sides like they were intended. This made the units much more stable.

BOUGHT TWO. TRIED TO ASSEMBLE ONE BUT WHEN I GOT READY TO CONNECT THE THE LOWER UNIT TO THE UPPER UNIT THERE WAS NO CONNECTING HOLES NOR ANYTOTHER WAY TO CONNECT THE TWO HALFS. ENDED UP RETURNING BOTH

Missing some hardware and parts used to hold the 2 halves together isn’t enough, had to use additional bracing

This item is terribly designed only 1 cam per board in center of itemis not enough to even be lifted off of ground Without slitting cams out of case

brought 3 of these units, put the first one together and in moving it fell apart, returned the other two, found much better product from different manfacture

Product is great as far as appearance and amount of media it will hold. Directions for assembly are a little backwards but if you read them and plan it out you should do fine. Assembly is easy as long as you read. Product is not intended to be moved around after assembly so make sure you know where you want it when you assemble.Make sure you do mount it to the wall. Hard to find media storage units with this ones capacity so I do rate it very good overall

The package arrived with parts missing it was evident that it was a return. My son took it back to the best but in Boise. He got other items. Since there are no media units close by

The shelf is nice holds alot. Was a little smaller in depth than i was hoping

super low quality, broke while i was trying to put together. don’t buy!!
