This unit may look like it would take a while to put together, but it went together quickly and easy, with minimal fuss. The worst part was just getting the box out of the car and into the room.

I love the color, holds all our movies (didn't realize how many we had). Love that you can adjust the shelves to fit what you need. Took a bit to put it together but overall was not that bad. I would buy another one if ever the need.

These shelves are great once they're constructed, but are potentially difficult to construct unless you have three people. It needs to be held straight while the backboard is nailed on, or you will end up with severely slanted shelves.

Easy to set up! Very sturdy and stable! Dust difficult to see because of wooden style. Would buy another if my game collection got to big!

Very nice and very easy to put together. The color is a lot darker than the picture shows. It looks black not espresso. The only thing I do not like is that the shelves are not flush with the unit; they are shorter.

I really like these. I have several. I bought most of them several yrs ago and then decided to add this one to a new wall. I was happy I could at least find the same model. Color, hardware = same. But, shelves have slightly less depth and are not as thick as original units. Still functional and probably wouldn't have had much "concern" if it weren't for knowing the previous revision was a little more stout. Anyway, I actually flip these upside down and install them against the wall and to the ceiling. Then, made some nice cleats and trimmed them out. We put many of the movies face forward so it looks like mini movie posters. They look beautiful and really make the media room impressive.

I’ve bought/built my share of this in a box type “furniture” and have an idea what to expect. I feel like they had a cheap shelf and then said, “if we remove some hardware and make all the pieces smaller, will it still stand on its own?” The answer was yes, but there are probably half as many wooden pegs as I would expect and at least a few less locking things. In the past the backs were always held with small nails, Id barely call what came with this tacks. The top and bottom are sort of built seperately, there isnt a single piece of “wood” or “cardboard” that goes all the way from top to bottom.

We love this! We were looking for a DVD holder/storage for the longest time and could not find one. Best Buy is one of the few businesses to carry this. Ordered it and it arrived at the store so quickly. Set it up that night and have been adding movies to our collection weekly. I definitely recommend this if you have a huge movie collection and need storage space and organization. It is sturdy and stands up against our wall and compliments the family room/man cave.

Used to hold many CDs and DVDs. Mounted to back wall with screws and appears to be very sturdy. No issues at this point.

I bought one many years ago and it was built with better quality parts and when put together was a solid piece of furniture. The new one I bought was made very cheaply, the wood and the parts, and after put together was flimsy. Screws didn't bite and just spun around, the cams broke off while tightening them down (Lowe's has replacement cams if this should happen to you. The backing is for looks only and offers no support to the unit. I am seriously thinking about buying 1/4" plywood and attaching it to improve the stability. I will not buy any more products from this company.

Im not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from. First of all, the instructions were completely wrong. Instructions and parts did not match. Second, the only way to secure the top half to the bottom half was with the flimsy backing. You would have to add additional support if you wanted to try to salvage this horrible product. Third, not of the locking nuts worked. They wouldnt lock at all, or they would snap when trying to lock them. This product was just bad. I ended up throwing the entire thing out. I wasnt going to trust this product at all.

Assembled it and even on the floor it looked wobbly. Added additional bracing - no dice. When I went to stand it erect, it folded in half and ripped out connectors from the fiberboard. I have assembled things like this before, and this was the worst fitting shelving unit I have ever seen. I recommend avoiding this product like the plague. I would not recommend it to my ex-wife, much less a friend. The Best Buy customer service line was worse than useless, and never returned my call as promised. The customer service at my local store, however, was outstanding.

This is my 5th one. Great product but shelves did get a little thinner.

I need this to store my videos. However the directions are hard to understand & confusing.

When i opened up the box after getting it from a local Best Buy store, i noticed a couple sections of it were slightly damaged. I should have taken it back then. However i decided to look past them and keep it. While trying to put it together, two cam screws broke. Others would not completely lock in place. After awhile, i tried to use other methods such as wood glue to secure the panels in place. It was too much of a headache puttingtogether, and not worth the money.
