Finally, the whole story is told. Not a bad series.

I was really looking forward to this movie, the third in the series. The first movie was very good, the second not quite as good, but still acceptable. This movie had the look and feel of a production that was out of money. The last half hour was truly dreadful, and it was a very disappointing finish to the series. The message of the movies trilogy is terrific, and something that I think everybody that cherishes freedom of choice should hear, but I don't this movie will help to change very many minds.

Message is very important but dialog is weak and acting is subpar in comparison to the two previous movies.

This sequel was a great disappointment from the two original series. Very low budget.

Good adaptation of the Ayn Rand novel

The third part to the movie adaptation of the Ayn Rand novel. All three movies were pretty solid story telling. The main distraction for me was how the actors for certain characters changed through the three movies. I guess they should have taken the Peter Jackson approach and filmed all three movies back to back. Not a major negative for me though.

Disjointed Conclusion of Trilogy

Part III satisfactorily brings the Atlas Shrugged trilogy to a conclusion, but the transitions between scenes are disjointed and sometimes unrelated. This made the whole movie come across as an underfunded project that had as its main goal to bring Ayn Rand's story to an understandable conclusion. Parts I and II were much more engaging movies and the only reason to watch Part III is to see how the story ends. Otherwise, don't expect much else.
