Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a 04.5 2500 and it fit in mine just fine with kenwood subs. Maybe the larger ones don't fit as well? I didn't have to do any modification. Seats touch the subs but still go all the way down. Fit like a glove for me. Enclosure material was a little cheap but didn't cause me any problems.

Well made enclosure

I had to jump through many hoops to find the right subwoofers that would fit. The box was built to fit under the rear seat which limits most 12" subs to fit correctly. The problem is best buy does not sell those specific subwoofers. I did some research on my own and found 4 different subs that would fit and the best of those 4 that I heard of were JL Audio which i highly recommend.

AWESOME ENCLOSER FOR THE PRICE

DON'T BUY THIS BOX

I got the box and my 2 12" DC level 2's wouldn't fit, which was not a huge deal the DC's have a little more meat, so I had to sand down some of the inside edges of the box. The real anger set in when I tried to put the seats in a they sit on the subs, so much for"custom" fit, now I have to try and raise my seats or trash the box. Either way save yourselves from this painful experience and don't buy this box
