This is a great movie. Can't wait to get second part.

This may not be the anime, but the original author of the manga gave Toho studios creative freedom, and they took risks. Go into this movie with an open mind.

Definitely expected a lot more from this film. If you were a huge fan of the series it's still worth a watch but it doesn't hold a candle to its source material. As of this review i've yet to watch the second half and i'm not really in a rush to do so.

I ecpected te same quality as Dragon ball Z live action but I was surprised. This is one of the most amazing anima to live actions I have ever seen!!!

Its like a zombie film if the zombies were giants. Definitely some wtf moments. Think I would like preferred buying Ruronin Kenshin instead because I'm more familiar with the source material there. All in all an alright movie.

Live action is weird. But you can't beat the effort to make this come to life. Big fan of the the animated series. Worth buying

A big fan of the animated series, this live action remake was very well done. Cannot wait for the second part to come out.

If you are a fan of the anime series 'Attack On Titan', then you need to clear that from your mind, and remember that this is a movie, not the anime series. I've never read the manga, so I don't know if this movie was based on that or not, but I can tell you that certain things that play out, are slightly different in this movie. Now, this is only the first half of the movie, from what I gather. The other half should be out around Xmas time. Even though its different, I have to know what's gonna happen next, what else they're gonna change, and how it all ends.

The special effects were decent and the voiceover acting so so, but a must have if your are a fan of the movie.

If you have seen the anime this will have some very different storyline changes. Taken as its own creature it isn’t too bad, especially considering the obvious budget limitations.
