This movie along with part one, are both pretty good,admittedly part one being better than Part 2. But you must come into this with an open mind and a lack of attachment to the character. If you compare this to the Anime it will be a disapointment and not at all what you expect. Every character you grow attached to wil be eaten. and you will be frustrated by the lack of key anime characters that make no appearaces in this film like Levi. But if you open minded watch this like it is a third party love letter to the series you may find it as I did: an entertaining spin off idea that filled a gap until attack on titan the anime returns in ernest. Much like AOT High.. not the best of the best canon, but still a good watch for what it is. Solid attack on titan until season 2 begins. or a US special effects company decides they want to remake these films as million dollar summer blockbusters.

Went to see part 1 in theaters and had tickets for part 2, but got sick and couldn't go. Now I have finally seen the end! We quite enjoyed these films, despite the fact that they changed many things from the manga. In fact, there was a large group of cosplayers in the theater and they were quite verbal about their discontent through most of part 1 and it's many changes from the source material. We simply took it as a re-envisioning, which enabled us to enjoy it for what it was. Really liked Kanata Hongo, as always! Great video and audio...Definitely recommended...

I am not very familiar with the anime that this movie is based on, but I had seen the trailer for this live action adaptation and was intrigued enough to pick up both parts on blu-ray. I'm a big fan of Japanese kaiju movies like Godzilla, so these movies appeal to me on that level. It should be noted that unlike many kaiju movies, these are not kid friendly due to the imagery and brutal violence and gore. Overall, I enjoyed these movies and would recommend them to fans of the genre.

I've read all the manga to date, watched the newest anime and went to the premiere of the movie. I really enjoyed being able to see a live action version. A fair warning to true fans, there is A LOT that is different then the manga/anime. This was filmed when they were only the second arch in the manga so they left a lot out and changed it so it had an ending that would match with the movie instead of making it continuous

The first part of the movie left a lot of questions and disappointment but they were all addressed on this second movie. This is an excellent movie for all manga fans out there. It gives you a real life visual of the Attack on Titan manga series. Viewing pleasure is 4 out of 5.

It would've been great to see more of the normal freaky giants like on the first one. The computer graphics could've been better. All in all, it was great to watch the battles and the cheesy acting in an attempt to be like the anime characters. It was fun to watch.

Matches the anime series perfectly. Leaves you wanting more which we are not likely to get. They were able to capture the horror. Get past the Dracula bad guy stupid I'm going to get you laughter often found in this genre and you will enjoy this.

Am an avid fan of this anime series and the live action version is awesome. Part two was a bit more confusing and weighed down with more talking then I like but together with part one this Attack on Titan is a terrific movie/blue ray

My son is big into Anime. We got him the first live action Attack on Titan for Christmas 2016. Best Buy has been the only place, except online, where I can find the stuff my son wants. Got this one to give to him for Christmas 2017. These movies are a bit brutal, so take that into consideration.

I could only give this 4 stars after being a fan of the anime series. Its a neat adaptation but seriously it should have been a single movie and not 2 parts. Both parts are short runs.

Now, I know the storyline is different from the anime/manga, but it makes me wonder if they spoiled the rest of the series for people who havent read or watched the series...pretty good though

Could've been better. They emphasized too much on being like Godzilla and I think that killed the movie. But it was a good start. On with the next Attack on Titan live action adaptation!

I saw this movie at the movie theater it was limited showing, it is based on the anime, my daughter really enjoyed it, me who knew nothing about it when we saw it, I have to admit I found it interesting and rather enjoyed it.

The key character Levi is not in the live action movie from the anime. I was disappointed by this but overall seeing this movie in live action is amazing.

The sequel picks up were the first movie ended. It's full of action and suspense. The movie may not follow the anime's story, but it is still good.

If you liked the anime, then you have to see the live action movie. Keep in mind it is different, so don't expect the same thing as the anime story line, but the action and story line is awesome.

Really surprised by how incredible this movie was. Decent special-effects, good acting and tolerable martial arts – let’s not forget the incredible story underlying are the action. A+

part 2 of the live action adaptation of the classic animae series. the cgi graphics mix well with the live actors in this movie. a good follow up ti the 1st season of this animated classic.

was a bit more than i wanted to pay for this.only reason i gave it 4 stars. But anything japanese is crazy expense here stateside.
