    First digital download that I have purchased from BestBuy and it was a smooth transaction. I have had and used several Audials programs. This one, I must say, is the best. Lots of programs choices from type of music/stations to even multiple recordings, (if you are into that sort of stuff). Lots of playlist capabilities.

    Mixed results recording different types of video stream. No way to determine why cpu usage is very high and frames are skipped. During zoom capture, capture will stop and require zoom to be restarted. Problem occurs on multiple platforms and versions on window. You are allowed to install multiple system. But you can only have one instance running at a given time.

    This software is the best. It allows me to find unique music from videos or from a streaming service that I can put on my digital device. highly recommend

    All in one software. For the home needs. Everything that is advertised seems to work as intended. Often times there's updates and that is also a great selling point. Mains points are depends on what you want out of and need. This software records for person use only. Gets the job done.

    I've been using this for a few years now and just bought the latest version at Best Buy. Let's me find lots of music I haven't heard in a long time.
