I was not too impressed when i first hooked it up to my TV via the RCA cables to check that it worked. I then got a fiber optic cable and installed the entire mount on the wall, hooked it up to my PS3 and was very impressed. the sound quality and range is amazing for a system/mount under $100 (black friday deal). I had a computer 2.1 system for a year before this and after installing it and testing it on movies & games I'm familiar with I have discovered new sounds I hadn't been exposed to before. On occasion there is slight distortion and vibration from the bass, but I think I can alleviate that with some tweaking, it doesn't seem to be an equipment fault, but rather a vibration between components. on my westinghaus 55" tv the side speakers barely extend far enough. If you can find this product under $200 I highly recommend it

Got this sound system for Deal of the Day. Good price. Make sure you plan out where to mount it at on your walls. Also maker sure its a very strong wall and will be able to hold some weight. You are adding an extra 25 to 30 pounds on the wall not including the weight of the flat screen TV. Sound quality is very good. Might have to make some sound adjustments in the TV menu settings..

TV has been great. Beautiful picture. Booked it up to a dtv 4 k received made huge difference in picture.

For the combination wall-mount rack and stereo speakers, this was a good value. There are better sound systems available, but for the price and as compared to the TV speakers this is a nice system.

I wish I could have used this, but unfortunately it went back to the store before I could even hear the speakers. As I said, this seems like a great concept and a good alternative to a sound bar. I picked the item up as a Deal of the Day and was uber-excited to get it hooked up. When it arrived, I noticed that their was a flat plate over the entire area of the unit. This made the unit unmountable due to the location of my power and home theater plugs located on the wall (located directly behind where the mount would be located).

I was able to purchase them from Best Buy for $130 as part of a pormotional sale, GREAT value for the price! It's definitely worth much more than what it cost me.

All around a great surround sound speaker system. I used this system in my basement and we love it!!! It makes movies and games sound more realistic.

Set up was simple improves the sound of your new tv for cheap fix there is feed back when I turn it on and off but it might be because I have an older tv

Well considering I didn't even know this type of product existed until July 3rd, 2013 I have to say I'm surprised these aren't more popular. I saw it 7/3/2013 under bestbuy.com's "Deal of the Day" while browsing TV prices. I read what I could here which wasn't much and went to the company's site to watch their videos also. Figuring I could return them if they were no good I took advantage of that days great price of $129 and ordered two. I just got one hooked up on the porch Sunday behind my new Samsung PN51F5300AFXZA. The Samsung sound is actually ok. Not much bass of course, but ok. This takes it to another level. I'm very surprised/happy w/ the sound quality/volume. Makes the TV sound like the way TV's used to sound before thin TV's w/ no bezels became the norm and great integrated sound went the way of the dinosaur. I own a Sony XBR2 and now my Samsung sounds like that set. And that ain't bad! If you're looking to wall-mount a TV and only have room/desire for a soundbar look no further than this product. It combines both needs in one shot. Inputs are only analog RCA L+R and Toslink which is OK, but why not add digital coax and mini-headphones too just so all bases are covered? The unit powers off automagically after 15 minutes of no sound detected and will power on instantly once the signal returns. This is a nifty feature. One less thing to turn on/off. Apparently learning remotes can be taught this remotes signals as well so you won't have one more remote laying around. I hope I can get them into my cable box remote. ;) I see these are $149 now. That's still a great price for great sound plus a wall mount. Enjoy!

This item is I would highly recommend to anyone family&friends if they plan on mounting there tv on the wall n want a sound system because its all built into 1 package which goes on the wall n attaches to your tv!! Very Easy to install !!! A+++ on this item!!

Excellent unit for small space and budget. Sound quality is very good. The mount itself is very sturdy. Comes with hardware for any situation. Uses component or optical input so it helps if TV has those outputs (mine didn't so I needed longer cable to DVR). Fits 36" TV perfectly and can accommodate much bigger, but won't look good on anything smaller.
