The left side of the headphones started popping in and out right after the 14 day return period was over.

was I day late for return deadline and found NO flexibility from staff. Usually at Christmas there is a slightly more lenient return policy. Very disappointed . Will not be shopping there again.

Not "over ear" headphones

I did research just to be sure that I didn't get the two mixed up. But I bought these because I like headphones that rest over your ears, not on top of them. They said they were over the ear headphones but they're not. They're on-ear headphones. I'm very disappointed. I'm sure they're probably good headphones otherwise, but they're not my type and what I bought is not what I thought I was getting.

Love audio technica products ! Is great for music listening but not so much for taking phone calls. Excellent sound quality for music !

Absolutely terrible headset. Have had nothing but a headache trying to use these. Constantly having to change settings in programs to even use them. Sound levels are horrific, and quality of sound is like a tin can when using audio/voice. Extremely uncomfortable to wear due to pressing on the ear hard.

Not "over ear" headphones
