I am sure this is a great microphone, I probably got a defective one. Super easy to use but I had to play around with all sorts of things to get them to work, and sometimes the same settings wouldn't work the next time I used it. I was a able to trade it in for another microphone no problem! I've had audio-technica stuff over the years and their stuff is REALLY good. I just didn't want to deal with a second one of these microphones.

I wasn't sure if I should purchase this mic because there weren't many reviews but this is what I was needing and it was the only one I could find. It has really proven itself so far. I've had it set up and in use for two weeks. It works very well. I can't hear myself but I have had no complaints and the few mic tests I have done have sounded great. I set it on my laptop during Zoom meetings and so far, so good! FYI: it does come with a longer cord which is good for multiple people who may be teleconferencing. But for me, I have to kind of tie up the cord so it doesn't get into my way. A minor inconvenience though, really.

Easy to install but limited distance for sound pickup

Did not work well, plug and play but no way to tell if it was working. Returned for a different type.
