If you’re just getting into vinyl collecting and you’re looking for a decent good quality turntable, but don’t want to spend a fortune but want something better than just a basic one, this is your turntable. Audio Technica is a great brand, I’ve been having mine for about 2 years now and it’s still in great shape.

The HT – LP 120 turntable is awesome. I'm so glad I did not go with a cheaper model version. From all the reviews I read this was the perfect entry-level turntable, direct drive turntable, retro looks , And awesome functionality. It plays on my vinyl great, it looks cool. I really couldn't ask for anything more for the money.

This turntable puts out a clean even sound. It does require a bit of assembly and you need to balance the tone arm. After a bit of research I manged to get it set in short order. I recommend a stylus scale to make sure you aren't putting to much weight on your records but the extra time is well worth the effort.

I decided to go with the upper scale model of the audiotechnica turntable, and I’m absolutely glad that I did. Feels way more sturdy, solid, and clear that the base model that I returned. Plus, it has many options for upgrading elements of the table unlike the base model which doesn’t allow much room for growth.

Am very pleased with the turntable. Would have given it a 5-star, except one of the features I really wanted was to record my vinyl to digital. This feature works well, except the software cannot identify breaks between songs on an album side. I have to manually go into the program and identify the breaks. Gets tedious. Other than that, it is a great looking turntable and sounds great. It would have been even better if it had an automatic shut-off. If I step out of the room, the record will keep spinning forever.

Terrific turntable--especially for the price. I read some old reviews regarding warped platters on these units, but mine was perfectly fine. The only feature lacking is an auto-return tone arm at the end of the record, which is not a big deal if you are paying attention to the record in the first place.

The directions that come with the turntable are not the greatest, but the Utube videos that are online are great for setup and using the software for editing. I made digital copies of family 78's recorded in the 1930's that turned out well with the help of the editing software. This turntable is well worth the money.

This is a fantastic turntable for the price. With minimal modification it can produce exceptional sound. Although good out of the box, it has a soft tone. If you are willing to bypass the internal preamp in favor of running through an external preamp, you'll be rewarded with a much more separated and enhanced sound quality.

I found this turntable easy to set up and adjust for the best sound in just a matter of minutes. The quartz lock for the pitch control is very useful. With my old turntable the fine pitch adjust was sometime frustrating. This is a good turntable for the beginner or the audiophile.

I've never had a record player before but have always wanted one. I read a ton of reviews and asked the sales rep for a recommendation prior to buying this unit. It was easy to setup and is a great unit! I paired it with a Samsung sound bar and it sounds great! I would definitely recommend this record player to everyone!

Purchased this turntable on sale, $70.00 off the retail price. I've used the turntable for 4 months now. You definitely need to ensure your tone arm is properly balanced and turn the internal amp off if you have the turntable hooked to an amp. In addition, I replaced the rubber mat with a cork mat for better sound.

I haven't opened either one of my two boxes of old 33 records for more than 20 years. This year I bought myself an Audio-Technica turntable for Christmas. It was pretty easy to setup and now I'm listening to all of my old music and loving it. My teenage children are enjoying it as well. My husband is sad that he sold ....."gave away" the boxes of his old records. The only thing that I don't like about this turntable is that is does not have an auto turnoff when the album reaches the end.

I love this product, it's very classical for DJ performance and the performance is very pro, it's like an SL1200 only much better price. I recommend this product very much for record listeners up to DJ usage, I will purchase another to complete my DJ boot and start mixing again, Thank you Audio Technica!
