So I actually bought three of these cables. I asked the salesperson for the single most expensive cable they had, as more expensive always means more better. Unfortunately, they did not have the Coffee 39.4' or Carbon 65.6' cables in stock, as those two are between a few dollars and a few hundred dollars more each, but they did have these in stock. I connected one between my receiver and my TV set, and the other two between my receiver and both an AppleTV and a Xfinity X1 DVR. Needless to say, these cables worked miracles. Not only was the picture on my LG LM76 series TV more crisp and refreshing than what it looked like in the showroom, but the cable worked some sort of black voodoo magic and took the TV from 1080p to 8k picture quality, with the kind of black levels that would make OLED phone and TV owners jealous. Wanting to see what would happen with input sources, I first tried out my AppleTV. When I hit the AirPlay button on my 8GB iPhone 4, it suddenly became a 128GB iPhone 6Plus. Unbelievable! I then tried out my X1 DVR. What looked good and worked well before looked better and worked better with this cable. The interface moved as if it were a gaming console, not a cable box. Determined to see what else I could do with this cable, I connected my gaming PC to my receiver. Upon doing so, my i5-3570k 8GB with Radeon 6850 graphics suddenly turned into an i7-5960x 8 core monster with 64GB of RAM and a pair of Radeon R9 295x video cards with some Nvidia thing in there as a Physx processor - and it all worked in harmony under Windows 8.1 I've sinced bought two more of these cables - one for my gaming PC and one that turned my blu-ray player into a 4k Blu-Ray player (that you can't even get yet!!!) I now call these Jesus cables, and can only imagine that the longer, more expensive ones would truly be god-like.

PROS: cable is easy to use. Hooked it up to my TV and absolutely blown away. The picture was so vibrant it hurt my retinas, and the sound sharp enough to blow an ear drum CONS: Had to give the cable 4 out 5 stars because after watching 60 straight hours of Tv with this cable real life just couldn't cut it anymore. Colors and sound with this cable are way better than real life. I watched a special on beaches and actualy got a tan. After that I couldn't bring myself to stop watching. I missed several days of work and got fired. I was ok with that, because I could watch Hd programming all day long. It was great, but then my electric got shut off and I eventually got evicted. I am now severely depressed, I had it all with this cable, and now it's gone. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat. The cable really is that good, and they offer financing.

First of all, just let me say that I don't normally rate products. I made a Bestbuy account just so I could spread the news of this great piece of equipment. Let me tell you this, I bought two of these wires; one for my computer and one for my television which connects to gaming consoles. The one connected to my computer, boy let me tell you how much it rocks. I own a Compaq desktop pro 386, and boy let me tell you how much I needed HD for this work of wonder. However, oddly enough when I looked to the back of this computer, I could not find a port for the wire. Being discouraged by this, I left the cable near the computer and went to bed. As I awoke, I looked at my computer and saw a peculiar sight, it was on and I could see the highest quality of black and white pixels that I have ever laid eyes upon. I quickly rushed to the back and noticed that the Audio Quest cables actually made a port in my computer so that it could give me a HD experience! I was so happy that I fainted. When I awoke later, I noticed something odd about my Compaq desktop...it was not the same Compaq that I bought in 1986! After purchasing the wires, it reconstructed my computer into something stronger, more powerful and newer. I can say that I am now a proud owner of a slightly outdated Dell desktop!! Well although I cannot say it was a major upgrade from my Compaq, I do enjoy the new colors. Lastly I decided to give my old Atari a try with these cables. I close my eyes and wham bam, the cables found a port for itself on my Atari! I close my eyes again in hopes of a better console, but alas even the wires could not work their magic on the Atari console. However, despite it not being a new system, I now play Pong in HD. How many of you can say the same?

I only needed a 3 foot cable but I decided to buy this one instead. Glad I did. At these prices I should have bought a few. Get one before they jack up the price

These HDMI cables are so laser awesome that my eyeballs melted in their sockets, and then were re-materialized because of the brilliance of the image on the screen!

I recently purchased a 19" Dynex TV and I needed a cable to hook up my dvd player. At first I was a little concerened about using such a cheap cable on my brand new dynex TV. The TV was $160, and I was worried that "you get what you pay for" was going to get me on this cable since of the low low price. I was wrong. It was the best $1600 I have ever spent on a cable. This cable works great, and I left the store feeling like I got a good deal. If you dont have the money to buy a 50" and this cable then I suggest that you do what I did, get a smaller TV.

This cable blows every other HDMI cable away! Best Buy allowed me to finance this for 24 months interest free and it only costs me $68.79 a month for 2 years! How could I say no to that!??! I wasn't sure how to install this godly piece of technology myself though. I went to my local Best Buy store and they sent Geek Squad to my house to install it for only $99.99! Thank you Best Buy for your amazing bargains and excellent customer service!

Today, TVs come without HDMI cables. I purchased this $1,650.00 cable and am hoping one day, when I have the money, I will by TV to connect it to my cable. The long-grain copper conductor in this cable is by far better than the long-grain Basmati rice. Be aware that this cable is not edible. After virtually spending $1,650.00, my main concern is what to do with the cable if I do not buy TV in the future and HDMI becomes thing of the past.

I was a little apprehensive about spending almost a year's worth of my savings on one cable, but once I saw the clarity and brilliance offered by this superb HDMI cable, all my fears instantly flew away. You can't beat the picture and audio quality - it actually makes my VHS tapes look almost like blu-ray. I don't know what it does, but this is the best darn $1600 I have EVER spent. Don't let the price tag fool you, this is the BEST money can buy. I would rather give up the entire entertainment system than use an HDMI cable from a different brand. There is absolutely NO comparison. Bravo, AudioQuest. Bravo!

I thought my 17in Westinghouse kitchen TV was amazing before, once I connected this amazing product, I was finally able to make the jump from 360p to 720P!!!! With that kind of clarity, I was able to solve the JFK assassination mystery once and for all and finally finish my book on tape! YOU MUST BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO "SEE" LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER "SEEN" BEFORE! (PS. You can almost see into the future)

I was looking for an HDMI cable for the tv on my coffee table. This one appeared to be the only one specifically made for that purpose. It was a bit more than I hoped to spend but since it was made for a coffee table and has the pretty green light on it I figured what the heck the kids can do without Christmas again this year.

The manufacture of this cable is well-intentioned, but I fear that the typical buyer of this type of cable is entering into this transaction with a false sense of purpose. As is known in high-end display circles, the "cable pursued is seldom the cable gained" as the saying goes, and this is indeed the case here. I was surprised that no effort was made in the advertisement of this cable to inform potential buyers of the proper procedures of procurement and use, as has so widely been a concern of late; as the massacres of the past decade have revealed, this is certainly no game for novices. In particular, this cable proves exceedingly difficult to control when used to summon; the pronunciation and grammatical context of the summon itself is quite delicate, and in the hands of a layman, the results can be quite disastrous. My only hope is that none invoke the forbidden Channel (may it rest for Ever) by accident - I do not think the Keepers are in such a state as to defend the world against the Unnamed Ones again, especially given the current political climate. That said, the quality of picture is excellent, especially for animated films. I am on my third watching of "Shrek" just today and it is a brand-new experience each time.

Having just received my tax refund, I decided to take the plunge and purchase this cable, and it does look really nice. While it doesn't work with my 27" tube set nor my Toshiba VCR, I do plan on using at least one end of it, when I upgrade to a DVD player sometime this year.

Love the coffee color and the switch on the actual cable turns a green light on and off. Wow. None of my other cables can do this. I've painted all of walls a similar coffee color so you can barely see the 26ft of cable that I've stapled to the wall. Only con is that it does not fit my RJ45 jack so I have had to cut one end of the cable and install the RJ45 male clip. My phone calls are now streamed in 4K which, as you can imagine, is pretty amazing. I highly recommend this product.

Title says it all! If Jesus used cables, he would use this. The words "wow" and "amazing" do not do this product justice. I bought one to hook my 22" plasma TV to my dishwasher. Now I can see when my dishes are clean to the microscopic level! I was so impressed I bought 4 more and put them on layaway! They should be payed off by Christmas time and will make great stocking suffers for my family and my pet possum. This is the only cable capable of running a flux capacitor for your time machines guys, particularly ones that are built using a toaster as the base! Do not miss the opportunity. Buy one, heck, buy two! Ask yourself is rent really more important then owning one of these? It's a gift that keeps giving!

I mean, this cable is 26 freaking feet. All I need is *one* bluray player and I can stream bluray content to any tv in the apartment.

I would pay almost double the price for such an amazing cable! Ordering two immediately!

This cable is the single best thing I've ever purchased and totally worth the price. I'd probably pay double to be honest, but ssshhh don't tell Best Buy! NO ONE can tell me how to spend my money!

If I were a more casual consumer, the content of my review would be the colloquialism "'Nuff said." Since I feel I'm performing a duty to Best Buy and its customers, I must tell them that this cable is woefully underpriced. Let's start with the name of the cable. They should call this an SHDMI for Super HD. Possibly even throw in a U for Ultra. There should also numbers and the letter X on the end. Honestly, with picture quality of this magnitude, I wish there were some sort of vacuum attachment which would continuously drain money from my wallet. That's the only thing close to a "fair trade" for a cable like this. Let's end with the audio quality. Every sound was so crystal clear I was moved to tears, whether I was listening to operatic singing or duck flatulence. Really just an excellent cable. I wish I could trade years of my life to AudioQuest, because my earthly possessions are woefully inadequate for a cable of this supreme quality. Bravo, AudioQuest. Bravo.
