I have now bought two of these cables to solve issues with the audio return channel (ARC) HDMI connection between two different recently bought Samsung smart TVs and their multi-channel A/V receivers (issue probably with the receivers). Audio quality is very good.

A longer optical cable is just what we needed to enhance the soundbar

I'm not much of a speaker cable or optical cable geek so haven't much basis for comparison. However, these seem to be the real deal and perform as advertised.--they do the job, function well and are of excellent quality. No complaints from me with them....

Outstanding, worth every penny. When looking to set up you theater or TV room with good equipment, DO NOT skimp on the cables. It does make a difference.

I bought this product to filter sound from a bose system that is over a decade old, but still sounds amazing, through a new LG UHD 4K smart tv. The connection was easy & the sound is awesome.

I own some nice optical cables, but when I mounted my tv on the wall they were to short. I bought this and it is far superior to the cable i was using before. It also didn't cost a fortune.

Can tell the quality looking at it compared to cheaper cords. Sound quality is outstanding!

I own a number of Audioquest cables and have always appreciated the quality. I am convinced that more economical alternatives will provide you with the same desired effect, and would not try to persuade anyone that the sound quality of this cable is better than another; however, this cable works well for what I need, which is in-wall and lengthy.

The quality of the product is very good. Price a little high.

Much better than the cheap optical cable previously being used. Removed noticeable jitter from the audio. It's thin diameter, and small connector-end, make it great for tight spaces...like behind a wall mounted TV.

I plugged this connector into my tv and surround sound system and wow, crisp,clear, movie theater sound. football,basketball and baseball sounds like I'm at the game. my man cave is now fully set. This was a great purchase.

I wanted the best products for my new Samsung 65 inch curved smart TV. I expect to have this product for many many years and all the cables that I purchased were of the best quality. This will ensure the best picture.

This Audio Quest was selected by our consultation person at Best Buy and has really helped us being able to receive the programming much better than we originally did with our old equipment.

I really never paid much attention to standard audio connections until I hooked this baby up! Definitely a higher quality sound for sure! Happy with the purchase!
