Geek squad guys hooked this up and we had no problems with it.

While this RCA cable looks and feels nice, I found no additional improvement to the sound of my speakers vs using the cheaper $15.00 cables I already had. I literally had my wife switch the cables back and forth without me knowing and could not hear any audible difference. Maybe if you're looking for a fancy cable and can be fooled by a placebo effect, then this is the cable for you.

I wanted a quality interconnect for my system. These seem to fit the bill while not breaking the bank.

Very high quality choice for RCA connection. Heavy weight and silver composition gives these cables a robust feel and sound.

These connectors look good in their cloth jacket and they are very sturdy. After reading countless magazine articles telling me to switch from cheap cables, I decided to try these to replace my Acoustic Research RCA interconnects which connected my CD player to my 25w amplifier. Golden Gate costs 3X as much. There was an immediate improvement in the sound-- bolder in the mid and lower frequencies. A noticeable harshness in the vocal range that was there with the AR cables vanished with these. Listening was done with Shure 840 headphones. Since these cables make a snug fit to the RCA jacks, I wouldn't recommend them if you frequently connect & remove connections, due to possible damage to the jacks.

Tried out these cables compared to a normal shielded interconnect and man, these blow me away. Would recommend if you can shell out the money for these!!

I liked very much the excellent quality for a thin long cable.
